Josie the traumatic incident you experienced added to gloomy weather and being back from your honeymoon trip, would negatively affect even the most cheerful person, like you. Saint Theresa of Avila said it is much harder to remain cheerful than grouchy (paraphrased). Give yourself rest and self care and skip posting a video if you need to. You drive yourself very hard. It is time to slow down and take time to celebrate all you have accomplished at your young age.

I love to get The Times on Saturday for the crossword but found I could spend weeks reading it and a great idea to get a part of it to read. It is the only paper I used to read. I worked for The Guardian and feel that is a reliable news source as well.

Am I the only one who stops the Vlog to look at the menu prices 🙊 £28 for roast beef and Yorkshire pudding hope it was epic …. I’m used to that for a meal for 2 here in sunny Portugal 🇵🇹 but it looks exceptional 🍾🥂

Gardening already looks so lovely🌱🪴. I’m in the Oslo area🇳🇴 but it’s still a bit early for that after a rather tough winter. But nothing gives me more peace of mind than working in my garden. I have everything set up to begin when the time is right though🤗. I will enjoy yours in the meantime😊.

On another note. I got a Thermomix after I saw you make the most delicious cauliflower soup a few years ago. I can’t stand cauliflower but so far I’ve been having cauliflower soup and adding it to my smoothies. And of course the machine itself is very handy couldn’t live without it now. I only wish I was as creative as you and make recipes other than those on Cookidoo. So, thank you. Stay safe xx
