Such an underrated content! Anyway, an air compressor is the perfect gift for me, it's not just an accessory, it's something that could save their life. A temporary tire repair kit with a can of flat tire sealant would be the icing on the cake, so they won't be left in the middle of no where if their tire is punctured.
An excellent list.
I have the Bike Master Heated Grips and they're amazing. Especially in combo with a set of Hippo Hands! It makes a tiny hands heater, and when it's rainy and mucky keeps your hands and your gloves dry.
Your videos are, by far, the best I've seen on this platform. Keep up the good work!
This was awesome! I’m gonna be my own Santa Claus! :)
Really good gifts would be riding books, such as the Police Rider's Handbook, Twist of the Wrist, ETC. Generally not too expensive and can vastly improve a rider's ability and safety
I would add anything by David Hough. Must-reads in my opinion.
Definitely a fan of the grease ninja. Great design!
Dude....you guys have the best videos hands down
I have the quad lock phone mount case, and handle bar mount. It really is a great mount, very secure. I can recommend it.
Great list, thanks for posting.
Throttle rocker FTW...
Big reduction in pins and needles, hand cramp and tendon pain when I started using one.
I have a Quadlock and I LOVE it! Don’t forget to add the vibration dampening attachment as certain bikes can ruin phones based on how much vibration there is. I also have an epic camera recommendation that I prefer over GoPro. I recently picked up a Insta360 360 camera and for the same price as GoPro, the quality and editing features are imo way better. Plus the mounting hardware is INVISIBLE meaning that the footage I get on my rides looks like it was taken with a drone. Can’t recommend it enough!
Thats awesome. I'm totally checking out that camera!
@@CanyonChasers yay! I think you’ll love it! DMing you some footage I took to your IG account so you can see an example! Hope that helps!
Great ideas.
I have just ordered the grease ninja. I do all the bike maintenance in this household and that looks like it will really make my job easier. I think I need to get that little throttle spoon thing. my wrist does get sore. I ride a CBR 600rr
I got the Mosko Moto Reckless 80 Revolver bags for Christmas from my wife... thought it was a fantastic choice (I might have dropped a hint or 10 though).
Hey Dave. Missed you man! Great video as usual. Thanks for the Chase the dog cameo-always makes my day! I noticed the buff you wore had a Canyon Chasers logo. Do you sell these? Keep up the great work and have a great holiday season.
Good advice
Nice suggestions
Tennis balls are cheaper and work well, also for using every day for increasing grip strength for both hands. I use an old copier rubber belt for shoulder stretching and strengthening.
Hey Chris, I've got a Multi too and wanted to know where you tapped 12 volts up near the handlebars for that usb charger. Thanks!
Very helpful - thanks! :-)
Self-Santa will have to wait a while though in my case :-/
I bought myself a compact air compressor more or less the size of a cordless drill. Fits well in my top box even with my heltmet, lunchbox and flask.
Great tip!
Oh Santa I been a good biker. I want s 2020 Ducati Diavel s.
You really need to do vids more often.
Thank you. And yes, we do. :)
Thank you for the ideas. Could you do me a favor? I really enjoyed your 5 road trips videos. Could you give me more details on your Hyder, AK trip? I would like to go to Hyder but don't know how you got back to Vancouver island? I think they may have cancelled that ferry?
My best AND worst motorcycle gift was to myself when I bought my 3rd bike. An 1011 ninja 650. I had been without a bike for 6 months & got a great deal on it.
HOWEVER: my wife (then girlfriend) was already (unbeknownst to me) making payments on a ninja 636 that she was going to give me as an engagement gift. So I really screwed the pooch on that 1 as the saying goes...
that's a keeper!! making payments on an awesome bike for you??? wow
Who purchased something on the list before the video ended? I ordered one thing and already had another (Hero 8) underneath the tree.
@canyonchasers No tool for the worst maintenance job on the bike: chain cleaning. I have a new design that makes this easy, fast, mess free and saves the environment: ChainBath.
I use a few of the products in this video and I also got a good tips I'll buy.
Thanks!
I want to gift myself 100 million tax-free dollars. I think that's a wonderful piece of kit.
I dunno, soapwater worked just fine for both my visor and windshield without scrathing or making them hazy.
but the plexus smells so good!
Hey y'all I just noticed its been about 2 months since your last video. when is the next new one coming???
I retired my throttle rocker when I discovered the device interfered with my cornering techniques. YMMV
Yep. It's a context thing. Good in some situations, less good in others. At least it's easy to take on and off.
first
Sena is rubbish.bad product and no support. Other than that, great vid!
"For a tail bag it's super affordable, around 100 to 225 dollars"
All tail bags are overpriced. Get a backpack and strap it on for 30 bucks.
