Yes, and I knew someone, my Godmother's eldest daughter, who had such a keyboard with that arrangement on it, and the sounds were very much like this and many of the other Casio SA and later PT series keyboards, the keyboard my Godmother's daughter had didn't, from memory, have a brand name on it, but I believe there was a model number, MC-23 or MK-23 or something. It had many of the features you find on cheap toy keyboards, I wonder if it was just a rebadged/unbranded Casio keyboard in disguise. I have heard that some well known companies release unbranded generic versions of their products, I don't know how commonplace that is to be honest.
