Welcome to the Stone Age, a time of extreme danger and limitless adventure, when giant mammoths and sabretooth tigers ruled the Earth and humanity is at the bottom of the food chain. As the last survivor of your hunting group, you will learn to craft a deadly arsenal, fend off fierce predators, and outsmart enemy tribes to conquer the land of Oros and become the Apex Predator.

Badger don’t care, he just bites! You’ve finally be initiated into the “I’ve been bitten by my own badger!” Club, Fooster! The perks include daily shots to avoid going rabid and being tough enough to be daily bitten by your badger and keep doing it! Tough as badger, not wimpy nail! ;)

The fact that the badger bites you when you try to pet it is hilarious
Always nice seeing devs creating unique languages for games. GuildWars has done this plenty of times, most recently with New Canthan. It's based on hangul, the Korean alphabet, combining vowel letters and consonant letters to create syllabic blocks. Five vowel letters and 10 consonant letters create the entire language, depending how you combine them. The Guildwars devs created an entire written language based on this.
A dev on Reddit said that the language in this game is the result of actual Proto-Indo-European language research that was funded by Ubisoft just so they could have spoken dialogue for the game. Sounds pretty cool!

I love the far cry primal vids fooster hope you keep doing them
great vid. remember that the owl can be vital for stealth missions
use the owl to mark the enemies so you know where they are. the owl can also use the wasp bombs and the other bombs
He thinks the owl is OP and doesn't want to use it.

Would've been well rounded character, an Alpha-Dhole, with the ability to conscript subsequent numbers of wild-Dholes into a pack; while a Dhole isn't a big deal, ten-plus Dholes sure would be.

@Fooster in regards to your stance on the hunter vision, I feel the same way, however, I've allowed myself to use similar handicaps because I think of it as a games attempt to make up for not having all five senses available to you. Makes me feel a bit better about using stuff like that

Ghost and the darkness is a fantastic movie it is based on the book man eaters of tsavo which is a journal of his exploits it's a fantastic read and the movie does not do it justice

With the beserk shards they go crazy on his own tribe if they didn't notice you. And another things is, with the animals that you mount or ride... you can ride them in the water. They actually swim with you on top so you can get across rivers faster
Fooster you could actully use your spear and stab the eagles but dont throw it you might miss because I did that mission

Not sure if its not your style or you havent seen it, but if you are stealthed and order a kill with the rare Jaguar he will go stealth kill enemies.

No they shouldnt relate your intrusion to spotting your tame. When i played it and my tame was spotted the generally call out in warning of a predator. I think the blood tames get recognized as you intruding... Maybe...

So the languages are based on Proto-Indo-European and they slightly modified them for the game and also there's 3 tribes that all speak a bit different :D

No the languages made up Skyrim did it too and I think Star Wars Maybe they put a lot of effort into this game details out that was out this world I think the Witcher even has made up words
FOOSTER, there is this easter egg (I think it is an easter egg) in the northern part of Oros near where you went to capture Dah. The achievement is called "Discover the future past" It's really cool and worth checking out!!

I hope they make a sequel for Far Cry Primal, the game is so beautiful and the VIBE is immaculate. The mountains, sunsets and the villages at night hit different.

@@Sithis106 that’d be so sick, don’t know why they don’t do that, players able to drop in and out of other players worlds. Just maybe don’t allow main missions or if you do make the difficulty harder since it’s two players. Would be fun just 1v1 ur homie with beasts in play tho lol

The berserk shards gimmick isn't even a poison effect, try using it when your undetected and don't interfere, stay at a distance; the insane enemy will attack other enemies.
Try using it on heavy units, or bombers, etc
Never played this game, but it was obvious from the effect the shard had on that first guy that that was it's intended purpose!
It's clearly a "attacks nearest enemies in a fit of rage" effect.
Well, Fooster would've known that had he not immediately killed the enemy in a fit of panic & actually observed like he wanted to do
Then, to add insult to injury, he reveals hinself for no reason...
@@Altair1243WAR yeah ive noticed the players who like survival games, story games and like this toys shit, they typically aren’t usually too skilled at pvp/pve or have great reaction times. Makes sense since they aren’t playing a shooter every day that you sweat 24/7 and relies on reaction time and skill level entirely

I randomly came across your Primal play throughs, and it only took 15 mins of watching to convince me to play too! I've never heard of this game before and I also wish I had heard of it sooner. So, thanks for making these!
The beserk shard i think it is supposed to make your enemies attack eachother, example:
You throw it at someone and hide, all you need to do now is watch your enemies fight eachother and idk eat some popcorn I guess.

The Ghost and the Darkness is my favorite movie ever. The man eaters of Tsavo, is on display at the Field Museum in Chicago. I so wish to one day be able to see this amazing display. But until then I have the movie and the research I have done on this for a school project (loooong time ago). I have become a big fan of Far Cry and can't wait for the next video.

I was always a big history buff and I love the stories of maneaters in nature. The Ghost and the Darkness is one of my favorite movies of all time and is definitely worth the watch. I hope that you enjoy every bit of it.
