My favorite part of the season so far is Floyd getting so excited about the light suits. He was awesome with karaoke, I love how hyped he was! You guys are awesome! I started watching this season because of you!!
Love your laughters which are pure joy! So great to see genuine personalities like yours. What an example of fantastic spirits making a team possible going through stress after stress yet being fair-tempered supportive of one another! 🎉👏 Are cameramen all from US? Who are the testers? Do the camera men know every stop? Do you know most of them from last race or? Where were the camera men shooting scenes like when you were balancing on the water?
Floyd I just wanted to let you know that I've gone through that dance experience you were talking about. In the fall of 2018 I decided to get heavily into dancing and so I started training intensively. The only problem was that I was training with a bunch of 9 year olds. It was all together a very humbling experience and next year I am dancing with seniors in highschool. It's never too late so don't give up. My question is: if you had to pick one team from the amazing race that has never competed more than once, and compete against in them in a future season who would you pick and why? (Also I've gotten to meet Dave and Connor winners of season 24 in person!!!)

I have a question that’s similar to the one asked here about chemistry: From what I can tell, you’re fairly different people with different backgrounds who were paired together, yet you’re clearly on a similar wavelength. - how much were you similar as individuals at first in season 29 vs influenced by each other to build your dynamic now?
You're right, we both come from very different backgrounds and have different interests. What's crazy is that we immediately found things to bond over (our personalities/optimism, beatboxing, juggling, our love of the race). We didn't have to build our dynamic, it just kind of happened. We think how similar/different we are hasn't changed from season 29 to now, we've just been able to embrace those differences and bond over what we do and don't share.
@@teamfun8501 - How wonderful. Thanks for the commentary! Your tale of friendship and teamwork seems like a good lesson for humanity, to be open to people and experiences! I'm a fan of the improv philosophy of "Yes, and.." which really helps with the mindset of being open like that.
Every leg they give you a certain amount of money. To our understanding, they test the leg beforehand to understand how much money is actually needed to get a team to the end, and they give you that much if not a little more. So far, we never really ran into an issue with being short on cash. We probably could have bought more food in airports, but we liked to be conservative on our spending! The only food we ate during the leg was pretty much just airplane food.

On their other season 26 since it was a "blind date" season everyone got their own room since they were still strangers to each other. Production prolly did that since it would have been awkward to room with the opposite gender. But some teams like Jeffery and Jackie chose to sleep in the same room.
Sandy K they were on season 29, the strangers season, not 26, the dating season. And, i heard that even if they wanted to room together, production wouldn't let them.
Nope, we didn't room together! During orientation before our first season started, they kind of asked us if we'd like to room together or not. Most people said no since we didn't know who our partner would be at the time!
We were ready to redeem ourselves. We felt confident that we learned enough from our first time that we wouldn't make the same mistakes. I (Floyd) also stayed super hydrated!

They were shown during challenge introductions.
They test to make sure the challenges are fair, safe, and possible.
We assume they're just part of production? We don't know for sure.

I used to love the Afghanimals. Honestly I don’t like them after watching this season. Disappointed.
