This comment will get buried. But if JPB or anyone else sees this comment... I just wanna say this is one of the greatest NCS songs OF ALL TIME. PERIOD. This song brought me through 7th grade hell, hard family times; would just listen to this song. Up & Away has gained the rare honor of me not listening to a good song on loop and ruining it, but actually being careful and listening to it on key moments of my life, good or bad. Every time I listen to it, I travel 3 minutes and 9 seconds past the difficulties of life. Damn just love it.

the reason of being privated:
-The track was released on february 22nd 2017, it was 3m views before being removed ,then it was removed in 2019 in speculation for it sounding like a similar undisclosed song.

it was removed due to be no longer an ncs release, not to be a promotion, the last promo was chasing fire removed 4 years before frag out be removed .

JPB finally explained why he removed this song via NCS Instagram Story. He explained that he got a copyright claim from someone who already made this similar song 8 years ago, as he didn't know it until now.
So basically it was a carbon copy.

NCS put it private because their contract with jpb ended and jpb didn't want to renew their contract with ncs anymore and ncs doesn't want to promote songs without having the rights to the song, that's why they had to put it private, because once the contract with the artist ends, the artist gets the rights back and if the artist signs with ncs for a contract, the artist gives them all the money. NCS's right to do whatever they want with their songs
