Which are the best and worst Neutral Rare cards in Star Wars Unlimited's Spark of Rebellion? What do you all think? Let us know in the comments!
Regional Governor is insane, she'll just straight lock down any threat especially with Viper Probe Droid. Her stat line is also completely playable with 4 health assuring she'll stay on the board for at least a couple turns. She's S tier for sure.

A "combo" for drawing loads of cards could be krell with bombing run.....it's terrible but it technically exists
Talking about "Don't get Cocky" you guys should look up - Stewart Eccles Han Solo deck from the OPE Star Wars: Unlimited Launch Event, looks super fun and maxed out on em :P
Also ended up 26 out of 222, so that's not nothing. :D

One thing with it binds all things is you can heal your opps unit and then damage another unit. You can heal a an opp ground unit to damage an opp space unit. You don’t have to have damage on yourself for that card to work.
Traiterous is one of my fav cards, played against a leia vigilance deck, had 3 jedi lightsabers on an echo base defender (i only had events and small units for a few rounds after mulligan), you shouls have seen the dudes face when i played down that traiterous. Purely for that game to have happened, my personal rating for it is S
I think Regional Governor gets "A" purely for the fact that it only gets better with the more sets in how its ruling works where naming a card hits ALL versions, regardless of the subname. So when Boba gets another unit naming "boba fett" prevents all of the different boba units being played.
Electrostaff it will be insane on mandalorian decks
I used sneak attack with superlaser tech turn one in a thrawn/ECL deck. Was a nice little move to get ahead.

Frontline Shuttle will be very good when Overwhelm comes in bigger, maybe even Moff Gideon next set.
Bendu: B- (double blue is the most viable double color deck and this comes in handy as a late/mid game drop.)
Regional Governor: D+ (extremely situational and more often than not, a slight nuisance rather than viable deterrent)
Electrostaff: C (not fond of upgrades but this is definitely one of the better ones)
It Binds all Things: B (situational but in a blue force deck becomes excellent double egged sword.)
General Krell: F (because I don’t believe in “unplayable” double double green is not viable and it’s easy to work around his ability by targeting him, although he could be viable in a Palpatine deck)
Frontline Shuttle: D+ (it has its uses but it ultimately feels like two resources to get a second attack and that’s even if it lives long enough to use)
Agent Kallus: B+ (ambush is great and since most people utilize unique cards his ability is solid. If he had better stats or lower cost, he’d be higher)
Traitorous: C+ (way too high of a cost for a 3 resources unit. It can be a game changer but likely is getting resourced)
Saw Gerrara: B- (double red damage deck is one of the best strats. He’s useless outside of that deck but his burn ability in a Sabine or Cassian deck makes him excellent. The double red does hold him back though.)
Wolffe: B (solid 2 with decent abilities top to bottom)
Bombing Run: A- (it’s worth a bit but it’s the perfect down for the count event. Absolutely can turn the tide of a game)
Smoke & Cinders F (closest thing to unplayable there is. Only works if your opponent is a high draw deck and even then they can recover)
Bohdi Rook: B (again, has to be a double color deck which is very restrictive. Great ability and low cost makes him very useful though. Best played with Thrawn)
Strafing Gunship: A (yea, it’s pretty great. Wish it was 4-4 but still pretty great.)
Sneak Attack: C+ (has potential in the future but for now you’re throwing away a unit for one turn. Can’t quite justify anything higher.)
Don’t Get Cocky: C (it’s a kill card. Better than vanquished but still expensive and at the cost of placing cards at the bottom of your deck.)
Smoke and Cinders is for the future cards that want to be discarded or in DP, so when you discard your own cards you gain from that. One day lol
Regional governor doesn't get one shotted....whole point of 1-4 statline on cards similar...R2 or piett,not to mention if u entrenched them as well or wing leader ect

Frontline shuttle is super good in a overwhelm deck I’ve won games because of it more often then not

I wish Bendu was a better card. I really like him in Star Wars Rebels. Best Jedi since Yoda.
Yeah Bendu as a character is awesome! The double aspect cards should get better as we get more sets so hopefully he finds a good home one day

It just feels like you guys have a different meta in your group than most. All of your tier lists just have so many mistakes.
