Sir Easy. Why some emulsion need to exposed to light in 5 mnts with no light? what kind of emulsion you used and what other use why the process of making screen design take 5mnts. to you is just seconds?
Exposure time depends on light source used...Sunlight is too Strong that's why it only took seconds to Develop a Design.

Yes mga one week pwede...pero pag matagal na hindi na pwede, mapapansin mo naman pag nag-darken na yung mixture at malabnaw na- hindi na pwedeng gamitin.

Years, more durable that plastisol and heat press.

Once you have the design complete and the paint is dry do you have to heat press the shirts to set the design?
How long do you let them dry between colors?
On a hot day, it will take 15 to 60 minutes for the paint to dry....or you can use electric fan or a simple hair blower to dry the paint faster...no, I don't heat press the Dry Paint anymore....

Hindi po ako gumagamit glycerine kaya di ako sigurado.....pwede po kayomh gumamit ng paint reducer or paint retarder para hindi mabilis matuyo ang paint...

Depende sa Brand ng Paint....pag hindi mo pa subok yung paint mag-sample print ka....yung JnJ Virgo Rubberized kasi subok ko na na hindi nababakbak kahit patong patong.....

Water based dries faster when surrounding is Hot...printing at night or early morning will prolong the drying time time....or you can ask your supplier if they have an ink retarder for your water-based ink, it will surely prolong the drying time...

I used JnJ Virgo Rubberized paints at pwede po sa paint na ito ang patong patong ang paint....if you're not sure the Brand ng Paint na gamit nyo, mag sample print po kayo para sigurading di mababakbak...

I used the 1st Color as my guide in printing the 2nd color...

Bro, i noticed that all your video only apply one layer of colour. Aren't they washed off or cracked. Coz mine one layer colour doesn't last long. 😁
The ink I'm using last for so long, even if it's one layer it doesn't crack easily.....

Baka po sobrang kapal ng Photo Emulsion sa Screen kaya pag wash nag-wavy....pwede rin naman dahil sa positive kung hindi ganoon kalinis ang printing, or sa pag-expose sa LIGHT...marami pong factors na maaaring makaapekto sa paggawa ng screen stencil.....pero halos andun na po kayo, konti na lang at ma-PERFECT nyo na yan......nangyari din sakin yan nung nagsisimula pa lang ako...good luck....:)

Pag mainit ang kapaligiran mabilis din magbara ang screen....mag print po kayo sa umaga or hapon pag hindi na ganoon kainit para hindi mabilis magbara......may nabibili din pong paint retarder nfor water-based paints....ihalo nyo ito para hindi ganoon kabilis matuyo ang paint......
