The form contains 3 section like part 1. Part 2, Parent 3 . As a parent I need to fill all section . I don’t know about part 2.3 . I don’t need to show any maintenance then I need to sign part 2, part 3

You have to download ‘verification checks consent form’ on Further actions tab(step 6). You can go into that anytime by using the link given on the visa payment receipt email.

Hello If your COS says your employer takes the maintenance of your dependents then no need to show the bank statement. Else you have to submit.

Thank you for sharing the information. I have a doubt. If we apply for BRP without passport, how can we travel to India without visa stamped in the passport.
If you are applying for the visa from inside the UK, you will directly receive a BRP. They won’t stamp a visa in the passport. Also you don’t need a visa to go back to India as long as you are an Indian Citizen. But while you’re travelling back to UK, you need to show the BRP card. Hope that clarifies.

Hi when I got a confirmation mail regarding appointment from UKVCAS says must bring passport or travel document for applicant during appointment time.is this mandatory? My baby does not have a passport.
In our case, we also got the mail saying the same. But during the appointment time, they didn’t ask that.We also didn’t have passport at that time. I think this is a general email sending against every appointment.

Normally Free appointments open at 9am.
Free appointments will run out very quickly. Usually they show next 28days appointments.

Every day. If they mention to provide maintenance fund in your visa application form, then only you have to provide the proof of that. We uploaded that for safer side. Actually in our COS it is mentioned that our employer will take our maintenance fund☺️

Hi, I have mentioned ‘Indian’ birth certificate is not necessary for applying Visa, but the UK birth certificate is necessary with parents names specified on it. Sorry if its confused you. As we got both certificates by that time, we submitted both on a safer side. I hope this answers both your questions. You cant apply for your child’s visa before birth.

We are actually coming under skilled worker visa not health and care visa. In our case, we paid £479 for our child. If you are falling under health and care visa, you will have to pay around £250 for standard visa. There are priority visa and super priority visa for faster delivery of visa. In my knowledge, for priority visa you have to pay another£500 but you will get the decision in 5 working days.

For part 2 who needs to sign is it parents ? I am asking as apart from birth certificate and passport my child name is not present on any document.
In part2,3 we both parents signed because some of our documents contained both of our names for ex, bank statement and utility bill.

Hi I had the same issue with my wife . Please don’t go if u r not received any mails saying that u r application is success . I spoke to solicitor and home office about this . He advised me that u r current application will be rejected if u travel out of uk while u r application is under process . Feel
