The basic idea of the film has unfortunately become an important topic and question nowadays. Scary, emotional, futuristic. The idea and the reality are suitable for an extended mottion picture in cinemas. Excellent!🎞 🎥❤👍

    More! 😍😍😍
This needs to be made into a trilogy of full length films. Or better yet, a long running series!
Fascinating story line. Well written, great filming, and great acting by all three.
I love the way Ada tries to describe the grass and birds that are new to her. Green stripe-like objects, as if being moved by the air. High pitched sounds.
Who is the woman in her dreams? And why is she coming to her now?
It's clear that she'd telepathic, speaking to Ada from someplace far away. Another planet?
Is she part of a race of aliens that took an interest in us before we self destructed and had to go underground? And been watching over us, waiting for the right time to offer guidance? Is her whole race benevolent and hoping for the best for us? Or is trouble coming our way, bigger than the war that drove us underground, and this one woman is secretly trying to warn Ada and teach her all she needs to know to prepare?
    So many possibilities here!
The high energy rock music at the end is as foreign to the film so far as the pre-war world is to Ada. It speaks of exiting new things to come.
I loved the change that came over Ada when she was led to a place she recognized.

She has felt that her life was enough. Probably dull and boring, but it's all she knows. And the data recovery probably has seemed like the most exciting life to her. But the therapist was right. Ada, and all the survivors, need so much more.
She just lit up like a whole new person when she recognized .... was it her home? And that change in her is when the change in the music started.

      Thanks for the long comment.
People fled underground, there is no more nature, no plants, no trees.
Since the knowledge was lost, no information remained about what happened when humanity was still living on the surface of the earth, so Ada does not know what is a tree or grass.
In Ada's dream, the woman is the one who shows the right way to find the only tree where life began again.

Yeah that was a funny situation we were late and we had only 5 minutes of poster shooting in the children's sandpit in Horsham Park, it was a strong wind and rain just started. And we had a few mistakes like gloves. This is happening when budgets are low.

@@pigeonproduction-baligal it was actually a great short film. The horror of never knowing what the sun feels like. Her description of grass and flowers and food not grown in a lab is a future that truly scares me. Makes me not want kids. I'd really enjoy a full length film to watch this play out.

Hopefully not in the morning because we had some technical issue 😂 it was no dialogue audio. Because I created 5.1 Dolby Digital. Some audio channels are missing in the cinema and then in the final at night I think streamed from UA-cam.
We saw also yours on Wednesday. It was amazing. Congratulations to you!

I think your work is nice for the budget you shoot on. Some really nice shots. However I have to be honest, and I don’t want to be mean, but maybe try using a different actress for the next one. That’s all I’ll say.

This story has a very interesting world to it, well done there. The story though, is jam packed inside 12 minutes, with too much exposition dumps. I'm not tracking on a specific story developing, just people spouting context about what is supposed to be happening.
I do like the mystery of why she's dreaming of nature that she has not experienced before, but why is she? who is the woman whispering to her? what did she say? why is she in her dreams? It's great, but I need more, build on it, pay it off to make it worth its while, otherwise it's just a case of throw anything in there, they need to matter, everything needs to matter.
There is no specific essential context in the film to make me really engage and care. What, ultimately, is she after? I get that she wants to uncover the dreams she has of places, but what's at stake is she doesn't achieve her goal? why does that matter? there's no real weight to it. She finds signs of nature, okay, great, why does that matter to her? she dreamed about it, yeah, but, so what ? we all dream of things. Show me why she HAS to finds signs of life, or else...
Because of this, all the interesting world building stuff, which is great, doesn't serve anything meaningful to make me care or be memorable. It's just a lot of world building context thrown at me.
This has a lot of potential, but it feels like a feature film crammed into 12 minutes, because there I haven't experienced the context to get invested and to care.

Thank you for your comment. You have a lot of questions, so maybe you didn't get the meaning of the film. There is a lot of truth in what you wrote, we wanted to fit too much into these 12 minutes. This is how it worked out. This was our second short film, but we are optimistic about the future. We want to learn from all our mistakes and we welcome any constructive input.

@@pigeonproduction-baligal Great attitude. You'll go far. I admire your mindset, never lose it. As a screenwriter myself, I know how hard it is to be given feedback. I always say - mistakes learned = opportunity for improvement. A lot of people let their ego get in the way of that learning. All the best with your future filmmaking.

Someone likes the colour yellow someone likes blue, someone likes BMW someone likes Mercedes. You'll never find a film that everyone liked in the same way. But when you've been working on a film for months and you know it's just a hobby and you don't make any financial profit from it, but rather you've spent a lot of money on it, and then someone like you comes along who can't turn the page and literally shits on your film. That's the feeling I wish for you every day! You must have been hurt when you were little, I feel sorry for you.
