I’ve seen them 4 times this year! And I’m seeing them once more before the new year! They’re absolutely incredible and have never failed to impress me everytime
Wunderhorse are an super underrated band. Their first album is amazing aswell. Just saw them live opening Fontaines DC in Lisbon. One of the best bands I've seen live this year. Jacobs presence on stage is huge
For real Teal is fucking perfect from start to finish. It was the first song of theirs I heard through a recommendation and I literally had to stop what I was doing when it came on. I have never been so FLOORED by a song in my life. I might be being dramatic but idc it’s just so good 😭🥲
From their other album Cub Like a light to dynamite I saw you in the corner The moon, the tide , the ties that bind the shadow and the dancer You and I are intertwined forever now and always....it echoes down the hallways These lyrics were so amazing to me
You guys should check out Sam Fender, Wunderhorse are opening for him in December. His first two albums are masterpieces and he's got a new one on the way in Feb
Fun fact: Harry Fowler, the lead guitarist, is the son of Kim Wilde. This band was my first gig back in October and they absolutely blew me away. It may sound cliché, but I genuinely cannot imagine my life without this band in it - they helped me through grief in a big way after I lost my stepdad in January this year. I just wish I found them sooner because I know he would have enjoyed them for sure. Midas is most definitely my album of the year, hands down - no skips for me.
YES ive been wanting you to cover this since i found out you guys loved fontaines! theres sort of a friendly rivalry over who has the better album here in the uk!
easily my album of the year, pleasure to see you two react to this. been on wundehrorse for 2 years now and they’re one of the best bands i’ve seen live
Y’all should definitely react to their debut album. I’m a big fan of Midas, but Cub is just on a different level. Teal and Purple are easily my favorite songs of theirs.
Totally agree with all the comments here, I have been watching your videos for a while now and I discovered Wunderhorse last summer, I saw them in a festival in Sheffield and really think they're one of the most up and coming bands out there. Really something special. You have to listen to Cub now, as others said Teal is one of my favourite songs from the past couple of years.
Whoaaaaa this is unexpected! I wouldn’t have expected a first reaction to this from anybody! Love when y’all bring a spotlight on some lesser known bands.
Seen these guys twice in the last couple months, including their album release at Rough trade east. They're incredible live, if you ever get the chance to see them I would highly recommend!
i’m SO glad you’re doing this, for ‘superman’ if nothing else. i’ve been in love since it came out and to see it get the adoration it deserves is such a lovely thing! i associate it with rain to an astounding degree, god blesssss
this is exactly how I found Wunderhorse. listened to Fontaines album and the first recommended song that played after the album finished was Teal and Purple a few songs later. I am completely obsessed at this point.
OmGGGG I am so shocked to see this. I’m so happy this band is getting bigger they’re amazing! I’m going to their us tour next February and I’m sososo excited!!!
Seen these twice now. Once at a festival and a few weeks back in Leeds. I literally bought tickets to see Sam Fender just so I can see them support him, they are incredible live! A must see🤘
saw these guys live a few weeks ago when they opened for Fontaines and i can confirm they're absolutely mind blowing. their energy is unmatched and they're just absolutely talented. i would love to see you guys covering their first album Cub!
I saw these guys supporting Fontaines on their first arena tour in 2022. They absolutely blew me away and I became such a big fan of the first album. Caught them at glastonbury the next year where they were playing very early and they absolutely packed the tent and played to the occasion. Have since them on their last headline tour and still thoroughly impressed. Incredibly consistent band. You gotta do the first next
You guys should react to seventeen going under by Sam Fender. Great lyrics and even better music. He has his third LP coming up in February. I think you would really enjoy it. Keep making amazing videos. Cheers from Mexico 🇲🇽
really love this band (i’ve seen them 13 times and they’re even better live) and it’s cool to see them on a channel like this. i loooove midas but personally i think their first album (cub) is slightly better and my favourite so would love to see that one covered next!
You guys really should do the 2 Squid albums, they have a new one out in February so now is a great time for it Also we still need a Hail To The Thief reaction!!
Just seen them at the 02 as the support for Sam Fender which was my first ever gig, and was like seeing two headliners in one show, now going again to ally pally in may!
Saw them live two days ago as the preliners for Fontaines DC here in Cologne! I listened to them before but man, live they are something else. There is so much energy on the stage!
One of the best bands out there at the moment. Saw them live at their London Brixton show, best gig I’ve ever been too. The album is 10/10, live performances are 100/10. Long Live WH x
Great vid cast! I’m glad I’ve found it. I love this band so much even though I’m over 50. I think Cub is good as well though the writing has a much younger point of view.
Nice one! Yes, please do Cub, some absolutely amazing tracks on there. Also great to hear Gin Blossoms getting a mention, loved New Miserable Experience back in the day.
I don’t know what you guys know about the uk rap scene but trust me: We’re all alone in this togther by Dave. I seriously think if dave was from america this would be at least grammy nominated. Dave’s magnum opus and the uk’s tpab
Favourite, Midas and Charm are my three albums of the year. I got tickets to see Wunderhorse at the Ally Pally next may and I'm very excited, hopefully there's an EP or a couple of singles between now and then because I can't get enough of the sound at the minute.
Got to see them live when singles from this album were still being released, Arizona still hadn't come out, but they played most of the album, and it was great. During the start of July, Jacob Slater even went into the crowd, next to me. I'm still amazed that happened.
I saw them live in Portugal this month opening for Fontaines. I loved them right away, now maybe even more than Fontaines…. I’ve been listening to them nonstop now and this is a great album, they have a very 90s sound. Cub is even better I think do it!!!!
seeing yous doing a reaction to this actually made my day 😭 please do cub, it’s not quite as good as midas but holds its own. Wunderhorse are also incredible live, i saw them just over a month ago and they’re actually breathtaking.
Saw this band live at a festival this year without knowing anything about them. They were absolutely incredible. The "Isle of Wight Festival" yt channel has highlights of them playing Midas and July. Definitely worth watching
The lead singer here used to be in a band called Dead Pretties. The drummer in that band is now in a band called FEET who have some really great music if any of you wish to check it out
What a band! Their debut is so, so good as well. Would love a reacts to that one too. Also FYI, as an Irishman, we aren't apart of the UK. It'd be like you guys being referred to as Americans lol
Only heard Wunderhorse for the first time recently and pretty much they've been 90% of what I've been watching on UA-cam over the last 10 days. I think you guys would be also be impressed with Cub, and there are certain chord sequences and melodies that will very definitely remind you of other songs, but they always manage to do their own twist on things. Did a search for 'Harry Fowler interview' on Google and there is one particular interview with the guitarist where he mentions an eclectic range of influences.
yes you should do cub. There's some absolutely chilling tracks on it. It's also very different to Midas, more uneven but often in a good way: some super quiet moments and some super heavy, punk/grunge tinged moments
Gotta do Cub next…
Just finished the video, answer is yes
I will also be going into Cub blind if y'all do it, didn't know Wunderhorse before this. Awesome rock sound!
Cub is so god damn good
One of the greatest debut albums in recent times
I NEED to see their reaction to Teal
I physically gasped when I saw this on recommended, unbelievable that yous r doing this

Please do Cub their debut album, Teal is without doubt one of the best songs ever written
For real Teal is fucking perfect from start to finish. It was the first song of theirs I heard through a recommendation and I literally had to stop what I was doing when it came on. I have never been so FLOORED by a song in my life. I might be being dramatic but idc it’s just so good 😭🥲
Love seeing albums I've never heard of on here. It's a rare occasion, so it always feels great when it happens.

Arizona is definitely song of the year in my opinion
Gotta do Cub

YES ive been wanting you to cover this since i found out you guys loved fontaines! theres sort of a friendly rivalry over who has the better album here in the uk!
The editing from the verse to the chorus of Midas was flawless, seen them 3 times and they are fantastic live
Surprised no king krule albums have been listened to yet!
Absolutely do Cub together - it’s fantastic
easily my album of the year, pleasure to see you two react to this. been on wundehrorse for 2 years now and they’re one of the best bands i’ve seen live
Outstanding review of the album 👍🏻 Really glad UK guitar music is being heard over your way
Y’all should definitely react to their debut album. I’m a big fan of Midas, but Cub is just on a different level. Teal and Purple are easily my favorite songs of theirs.
Amyl and the sniffers reaction would be incredible! They just released an album also 👌

this is exactly how I found Wunderhorse. listened to Fontaines album and the first recommended song that played after the album finished was Teal and Purple a few songs later. I am completely obsessed at this point.
Saw them some Days ago on the Fountains Tour. Man it was a blast and i have a new favorite out there.
Love your channel gents. Especially the relationship between you two. I'm here for Fontaines DC and Wunderhorse.

I’ve been comparing Wunderhorse’s sound to Parachutes for the last year and a half. Happy that someone else has picked up on this too
I wish I could listen to this entire record for the first time again
Since you guys did Mk.Gee you should definitely check out Dijon!
I saw these guys supporting Fontaines on their first arena tour in 2022. They absolutely blew me away and I became such a big fan of the first album.

You should do Peach Pit, they're from Vancouver and just released their fourth record "Magpie" last month
What I love about this record is how it starts off ramped up on both sides of the vinyl and then ends with a slow ones before you flip it over
Yes! Love it, 1st record also very worth while
I saw wunderhorse open for fontaines a few days ago in Berlin 😀
So lucky. I saw Fontaines in San Diego a couple months ago but really wanna see Wunderhorse when they come to the states.

Just seen them at the 02 as the support for Sam Fender which was my first ever gig, and was like seeing two headliners in one show, now going again to ally pally in may!

You should react to cub as well

Saw these guys before fontaines dc on their tour in Amsterdam. Didn’t knew them. Can’t stop listening now hahaha 🥲
Thanks for bringing new bands to me! I think the 2022 Black LP by "Die Nerven" (a german rockband) could be something for this format.
I was literally thinking just yesterday how sick it would be if you guys reacted to this, can't believe it happened
you guys are the best music reaction channel
great band, seen them live 3 times and met Jacob Slater they are great, have to review cub now...
Saw them live at Brixton academy last month and they were absolutely unreal
Only heard Wunderhorse for the first time recently and pretty much they've been 90% of what I've been watching on UA-cam over the last 10 days.
