My eyes filled with tears unwillingly as I listened to this. I felt so good and your voice was affectionate, that I felt like my good friend giving me sympathetic encouraging advice which I needed badly. I love free stuff from online but if I knew this would be so good I would happily purchase this audio session. I don't know whether I am writing my feelings properly or not, but that doesn't matter because I AM ENOUGH.

Thanks Suzanne, Started my first hypnotherapy session today, although I didn't start the day with it. I have always been a bit agnostic about hypnotherapy but I decided to give it a go. Would you say it's a good idea to listen to this when you're sleeping/half asleep? I was thinking of listening to this directly as I wake up and going back to bed. Or would you say it's better to listen to it fully conscious?
Either is fine :) When you are falling asleep that is when you are the most suggestible so as long as you are willing to take in what I am saying you will. Listening consciously and following my suggestions is great too. Most people can enter into a state of hypnosis quite easily, and when you do it this way I encourage you to feel what I am saying. Your feelings will anchor the new beliefs as well.
I have come here again because my mom has disowned me. Will it help? I am doing it everyday. I put myself first by changing my jobs and she can’t accept that and have given up on me.

Thanks Dorina, I will consider that for future sessions I post. I think about it kinda like listening to a song, you don't get all the lyrics the first time, but the more you listen your subconscious hold onto it, and next thing you know you know all the words :)
It depends on where you are when you start, but if you really let yourself feel it the feelings will anchor it into your subconscious, it’s all about the feeling ;)

Honestly love, there is nothing to be afraid of, the idea that you lose control of your mind is absolutely untrue. This is about gaining control of your mind and this one is so short, usually we spend more time helping clients enter into a deep state. This is simply guiding you to relax your body for a few minutes and then relaxing and focusing your mind so that you can have true control over how you feel about yourself. I really should do a video explaining hypnotherapy and how it helps and works :) But don't be afraid, your just bringing your focus inward.
I finally mustered the nerve to do this and wow. What an experience. I couldn’t really commit to it as wholly as I would’ve liked but I did it and found that I was connected to your voice right through. I felt like I had control over my body and yet felt like I didn’t want to move or open my eyes. I just wanted to follow your voice. I will try to do this daily as I can see these powerful yet subtle suggestions really altering the course of my life. Do you also do sessions where you take clients one on one in an online session or something?
Hi Elvina, happy to hear you gave it a try. I do one on one sessions with people that need help releasing blocks, triggers and fears... and many other reasons. This one is suggestive therapy, so the goal is to help change the negative thought patterns that we have around not being enough.... some people can listen to this and make amazing changes, others, if they have had trauma or painful experiences that created the belief they are not enough may find they need deeper work to let go or to listen longer.

I can help :) You need to deal with your triggers, we don't have to have triggers. When you are triggered by something it means there is something you need to heal or let go of. We usually have a trigger because of a past experience that caused us pain, if we have not let that pain go, we will be triggered. This short session is a "Suggestive Therapy" session, intended to help you change the negative patterns in your mind around your self worth, if you don't heal what caused you to need to listen to this it won't work. It may work for a bit until you are triggered again. This is going to be different for each listener depending on what they have experienced in their life. Hypnotherapy is awesome for helping you release a trigger, one on one, but there are many other ways to heal as well. Maybe, start by looking at your triggers and why you have them, what are you holding onto? I used to have so many triggers... did the healing now they are gone...start there :) Hope this helps, write me back if you want more info :)
I am working on a full guided session to put up "for letting go of pain and anger", will probably be a couple of weeks, but watch for that, that may be helpful for you.
Suzanne Robichaud what if you don’t know what that pain is that is causing the trigger? I have had a lot of painful stuff occur it could be any one of these memories, you mean to say I have to go through each painful event and remove it to remove the trigger?
Hi Roree, no you do not have to re-visit each memory, but sometimes we are holding onto pain from the past and acknowledging it and letting it go helps us to move forward, same as forgiveness. I do regression therapy and inner child work with my clients and it helps them to move forward faster, this really helps people when they notice the same patterns in their lives, or the same triggers popping up again and again. Usually we go back to the first moment they felt the pain, or had a feeling like they were not enough, the event that very first created the belief. You can do this through journalling, counselling, hypnotherapy... so many ways.... it is so different for each person, because it depends on what you have been through. The main point is to let go of the pain, because holding onto it will keep you stuck. It is the feeling you need to let go of. As you let go of the pain you make room for love and acceptance.

I do not think it is actually copy rightable, as it is a phrase that has been around for such a long time. Even when I went to school for Hypnotherapy over 10 years ago we used this. So thank you for your concern, but I think it is ok :) Could you imagine if we could not say "I am enough" because only one person could say it lol.
