Myles wrote the lyrics for Brian Marshall when he was addicted to drugs. This is a fact! He says it in a documentary in the ab x boxset
I have been saying this song "should have been a single" for fifteen years now! Every time I hear it, I get the goosebumps... such an amazing track. BTW, it was a bonus track, but only on the Blackbird album that was sold at Best Buy stores back in the day.
Fil, banger track. Great performance from the lads. Artists sometimes release a double A side records. I say artists, it's mostly the record co. who have the majority of the say.

Alterbridge has about 13 "B" side tracks on UA-cam. I'd almost bet they have many more not released to the public, just because of how talented they are at writing. In time if those songs don't get requested, you know what is coming. "Breathe" and Cruel Sun" are beasts.
