I don’t know if you remember but I was the one commenter a few years ago with a blind brother he’s now 14 and he’s getting into LED poi and I am teaching him to dance and be happy. I am hoping to get him to be happy about something due to him not really doing much.

This man makes it look effortless. The clothing, mask and gloves all add to its visual impact. This guy is crazy good. I remember at raves in the nineties when a person suddenly really got the rhythm and began to ride it the crowd would creat a space and his moves and energy would ripple through the crowd causing a kind of lift off effect. It used to happen to me a lot. I used to dance from a very young age. I got right into the rave movement in UK and Australia. Sadly I liked the drugs too much. I was a good dancer and I could energise the people around me. Personally I don’t think there was anything wrong with using ecstasy back then (in a small scale way) or amphetamines, or LSD. I ended up taking it a bit too far and I lost two or three years of my life because of what became abuse. Things have really changed now, the stuff being sold as MDMA is nothing like the ecstasy of the nineties and there’s so much coke around now and with coke comes booze and that’s not something that goes well with dancing. For me it was primarily about the pure joy and thrills of dancing to those beats and sounds. Now it’s just horny sweaty people jumping up and down, running to the bathroom every half hour or so and drinking all the free promoted drinks. Then comes the women flashing their tits and men fighting with each other, police coming and everything ending on a pure downer. I’m so glad I had my fun in the nineties, coke was about but not in vast quantities. At after parties me and my friends were much more into smoking weed and hashish and inhaling nitrous oxide than drinking or doing coke. I used it fairly frequently but I didn’t think much of the effects. I could get stronger, much longer effects, much cheaper by buying a quarter ounce of decent speed, or whizz as we called it in the UK and whip as we called it in Australia. I’m just reminiscing. Remove these posts if you don’t like them. I’m a veteran of the scene and the evolution of dance in that scene from acid house to breakbeat, jungle, drum and bass and I witnessed the effects drugs had on the scene. Whether you wish to acknowledge it or not drugs definitely had a large impact on the sounds and the dance moves in the scene and I’m sure still do to some extent.
If you're into dancing and don't mind different music I would say go on metal concerts 😅 it's the same vibe just with more ..well sometimes blood because someone didn't hold distance 🤷🏼♂️ besides that the big moshpits opens if you're dancing :)

Yeah fr, idk why but I'm seeing shufflin on UA-cam a lot recently. I mean a UA-camr I watch posted a vid of him practicing over a year and a sound cloud artist I listen to is shuffling in one of his music vids lol.

Just want to thank you for your videos. I watch them and remember my "youth" (though I'm not THAT old. Yet... 😁) and my daughters love your work. They've even started to practise shuffle.
So... I have a request. Is it possible for you to make a pure Hardstyle or Melbourne Shuffle tutorial? Almost every tutorial out there is for "new school shuffle" and they want to learn more of "old school".
