Measure the rheological properties of PVC materials with the measuring drive MetaStation 4E and the Measuring Mixer W 50 EHT.
How to clean the device:
- Dismout and clean the loading chute
- Loosen the screws of the front plate of the mixer bowl and draw it off
- Take off the mixer bowl while pressing and holding the buttons of the twohand
control device at the mixer handles
- Press and hold the buttons of the twohand control device again to loosen the sample material from the blades
- Take off the sample material
- Take the blades out and free them from material residues
- Clean the rear wall and insert the blades again
- Clean the mixer bowl and the front plate and mount them again
