Fyi: the whole scene has one shadow map, so if you increase the shadow distance more than you need you will be sacrificing shadow quality. I would suggest only going as far as you need.

What exactly firefly does? Is it kind of a denoiser to remove grain artifacts (dots in RT) right? I've been using as 0 to reduce the grain on the images, but seeing you using as 10 made me wonder the purpose. Is there a benefit for this type of exterior render with dense vegetation?
I think it's more on artifacts. I also used zero value for firefly before twinmotion 2024. But now in TM 2024 if put zero on firefly, it tends to darken the image. So I keep it around 10.

Usually I don't use those animated characters in video animation. You can enhance those characters using krea.ai if you're rendering still images.

Yeah I think they are better than the TM library. Also most of the TM hdri are from polyhaven if I am not mistaken.
