Oh what a pretty town! I love riding along with someone and seeing what the areas of the people I watch look like. and I also love peeking in bags, so thank you for that! I think I might be nosy. lol. I'm getting that charger. The ones I have are too heavy. With my Crohn's disease, I have to be very simple in my food choices, too, when I eat out, because I'm not completely sure what extra ingredients a "fancy" dish might have in it that will cause me problems. That restaurant was so lovely. And so are you. Your grace, beauty and kindness always lift my spirits. Ordered the charger and the case and I think I'm going for the foundation and dress! Thank you for showing the navy sling back flats with your denim dress. I’m often stumped regarding shoes to wear with a casual dress. And I do love casual dresses for the Spring & Summer months here in FL. For some reason I usually think I should wear some type of sandal especially with bare legs. That style flats are a very nice compromise between sandals or closed tie ballet flats and such.
Might you offer any tips on keeping your legs looking so smooth & flawless yet still pale? No faux tan products for me. I have some light freckling that I wish I could blend somehow especially if wearing a nicer casual dress. Don’t mind it so much when I occasionally wear shorts as that’s even more casual. Hi, 2021! I wish I had flawless legs, but they are actually not in great shape-- a lot of discoloration. I put moisturizer on them and go with it. So much of my body has changed over the years, I don't let it get to me. I focus on what's going on inside my body and staying healthy. :-)

Hi Janis your outfit today is really pretty as well as comfortable. I bought my first LV in 1975 and it was a speedy 40. It cracked in the middle just below the handles. I still have it as decoration in my closet. Will never pick a bag that easily folds when not full and this goes for any bag. Thanks for sharing your trip to Old Naples. xox

Hi, Edna! You are lucky not to have succumbed to it! Much better on the wallet! My mother carried a LV Speedy 30 for years, and that is where it all started. I wanted a bag just like hers, and so when I could finally afford to buy one, in 1994, I did. :-)
You are not alone. I believe each of my close friends all have LV. Maybe that’s why I don’t. They are a lovely brand just a bit too much logo for me.

Mary, yes, the interior is a wipeable lining, and because of that it seems to have a plastic smell. I think that is how I could best describe it. If it were fabric, it probably would not have that odor, so, I am assuming that is normal. I had ordered online a denim dress but it doesn't flatter me much I don't think, I'll have to try it on again and see as it's been a while since I tried it on and decide if I want to return it. That's why I usually won't order online unless it's like a T shirt that I have bought before that I know fits already. :) Sometimes you just need to try things on. Have a great evening. If you're not sure, you might consider taking a video of yourself in it. Set your phone up on the kitchen counter and walk to and from the phone, and turn to the side and back, so you have a good view of it. I mention the kitchen just because it's probably bright. Good bright light helps you see the outfit better. Then look at the video. That's how I decide when I'm not sure. For some reason I can see in a video what I miss in the mirror. Often I'll think something looks nice in the mirror, but once I see myself in the video I don't like it.

Bear mom, I dont grow flowers here in Naples. The little spot of land we have behind our condominium unit faces north, so it doesn’t seem to get enough sun in the winter for flowers, and in the summer the sun is too hot for them. Florida summers are excruciatingly hot. We do have a lovely Bougainvillea that I planted about 31 years ago and it blooms beautiful dark pink flowers. it is about 10 feet tall and must be cut back regularly. So that is my one beautiful flowering plant I am lucky to have🌸

Janis, your lunch looked delicious. I am afraid in the spring and summer my face is a little lighter than the rest of me. I use the gradual tanning lotion all over, but my face has sunscreen on it also. So between washing and exfoliating, it’s usually a little lighter. Another cute pair of sunnies.

What would happen if you ate a lunch just like it was prepared?
Good question. The short answer is: It would depend on exactly what, how much, and how often I ate it, but in some cases soon after and in other cases eventually my skin, sinuses, nervous system, lungs, stomach, bladder, colon, and eyelids would let me know in a variety of unpleasant ways.
