Hope you enjoy this video 😌 I have to admit I always feel slightly uncomfortable posting a road trip video. I always want to promote a positive message in my videos and most of the time that’s encouraging a deeper connection with the natural world. But it is true that travelling to these remote locations does lead to a higher carbon footprint that negatively impacts our natural world. Truth is, my job requires me to travel to tell these stories and driving in this case was better than flying. I hope one day we can afford an electric car so we can travel with less guilt!
"Carbon footprint" is complete and utter nonsense. Its just a way for the elites to scare and control populations. Nothing indiactes humans have any notable effect on the climate. Nothing is out of the ordinary looking at longer term cycles. Except co2 is very low now in a historical perspective for vegetation on earth.. They grow much better at a higher level than what we have now. A bit strange. And should bring up questions.
@Barista Mike I had a gas car catch on fire once.
Even at the price of a higher carbon footprint the beautiful northern parts of the Nordic countries need more visitors. Other parts of the world need much less. Thanks for the wonderful images.
Seriously Dani! For someone who is so well educated in nature, I find it astounding that you have not done even just a little reading to educate yourself on this issue of man-made climate change/global warming and come to the full realisation that it is fake and that carbon dioxide is not only NOT a green house gas that holds heat to the planet surface, but that it is a gas of life and not a pollutant. If they continue these lies backed up by their junk science and then force the reduction of CO2, eventually all biological life on Earth will die and that includes us humans. Basic human biology will tell you that we must live in an atmosphere which has CO2 in it to cause us to starve oxygen, this is the trigger that makes our brains involuntarily keep our diaphragms moving and thus keep us breathing. Medical science already knows that if you give a human/animal 100% oxygen that the involuntary breathing eventually stops and once you remove the oxygen supply the person/animal basically dies from suffocation. We must have CO2 to breathe. Not to mention that it is a food for plant life.
Currently there is approximately 400+ppm of CO2 in the atmosphere. There are a lot of anecdotal claims out there in opinions from real scientists who say we should be over 1,000ppm of CO2, so that the world can green up again and bring life to the desert regions.
Dani, you should know by now that CO2 is a gas of life and not a pollutant and that it does not hold heat to the earth's surface. Stop concerning yourself with junk science and worry about the real science of biology that you are recording for all of us and for prosperity and leave the junk science of man-made global warming/climate change to the liars and fools who follow it.
Thank you for taking us on your road trip and I hope there are many more videos of road trips in the future!
@@stephencox4224 funny, I made a minimal post about how after all the lies our governments have told us over the past decades, especially the 3 years of covid lies, I have started to wonder whether climate change is another lie (I used to believe it was real). Apparently the censors didn't like what I had to say because the post has disappeared. Censored by youtube (I have that happen in the past) or maybe Dani just didn't want the comments to devolve into a discussion about climate change?
I'm from Sweden and you showed me a new part of our region that I never thought about exploring. I've been fairly far north in Norway but I never thought about going that far north through Finland. It looks beautiful up there. Thank you for the awesome video! :)
We have nothing to compare here on Merseyside except 2 Cathedrals linked by Hope street, and Eurovision soon where we become Ukrainian...😅😅😅❤
The light in Northern Norway is unbeatable.
Being Norwegian living in Sweden I really love your Nordic videos, I love snow and ice! And the winter light and the magic Aurora Borealis Thank you for the beautiful images, greetings Mette in Stockholm, squirrel fan 😄🇳🇴❤️🇸🇪👵🏼
oh, the lion monument made from snow, beautiful.
The combination between the pictures and musics was so fantastic.
What an amazing place! You did a fantastic job of sharing it with us! I’m anxious to see more. Thanks for taking me along!
The world is beautiful but without a camera we can't accurately see those more beautiful things. It's a visual feast.
Glad this showed up in my youtube algorithm. Subscribed and looking forward to next part
The music fits very well to your amazing video!
brilliant music choice.
OMG! Dani, what a stupendous, stunning, spectacular video! I
Thankyou.🥰
Squirrels are just the best.
Such a magnificent journey!
The ice hotel was full of detail craftsmanship.
Those birds must have been wonderful to observe. So hardy from the cold. The shading was like an oil painting.
Without a block heater or plugin some vehicles aren't happy with those temperatures. Sounds like a cell got damaged.
Same adventure here in 🇨🇦.
Can't wait for the next video.
Dani Attenborough please keep going with your vids. They are the best, every upload is a blast
Absolutely wonderful and relaxing, as always Dani! :)
What a amazing first part of your trip. Looking forward to next part. Thanks for sharing these videos with us who can't go there.
Beautiful sights Dani, thank you.

5:38 EDT in USA I loved the beauty of both the landscape and the wildlife you capture in route. Thank for your efforts and commitment.

I so look forward to viewing the videos of your travels and wildlife experiences. The untouched rolling countryside is so beautiful, not a track of any kind. So awe inspiring!
This was a beautiful video Dani. It is my favorite video of yours. I loved seeing the beautiful snowy scenery and the wildlife.
From 8:05 that's gorgeous bird footage; the muted colours, the shaded light in the trees beyond, and that perfect bokeh.
Amazing, Danny. Thank you for these beautiful impressions.
The cool part with the Ice Hotel is that it gets rebuilt every year (because it melts) so if you visit there next year it will look totally different. Very cool video!
That ice hotel was absolutely stunning, Dani!
And your videography continues to be gorgeous!
Thks Dani for the excellent video as usual. Beautiful scenery. Your road trips are very interesting & at same time promoting those countries
Amazing! So lovely when the Red Squirrel popped up (stomping her feet) The Ice Hotel sculptures are beautiful. What an adventure!

A thousand thanks, and a word of appreciation for your talents and for your good fortune to be able to have these marvelous adventures. Looking forward to more!
There are more videos on my facebook account.
Great trip and photos. Thanks for sharing. Can’t wait to see more!!
I heard that you are particularly interested in puffins. Then you should visit the island of Lovund in northern Norway. Every year on the 14th of April they come in from the sea in large numbers and as a group. The time of the arrival is so precise that you can almost set your clock by it. An other place were you can find them in large numbers is of the island of Røst. This part of Norway has the highest number of sea eagles in all of Europe.😊
Great drone work !! Beautiful shots. Beautiful places. now on my bucket list :)
Thank you Dani for this incredibel new video, the footage is so beautiful and the Northern landscapes are breathtaking, I'm looking forward to next chapter 🗻🌊❄️❤
Stunning lovely as always. Journey I always wanted to make.
Great that you have been up here in the far north of Norway. Båtsfjord is a small fishing village and area around it and road to Berlevåg is amazing in the summer.
Beautiful video! Looking forward to watching the next episode.
This such a great video, my husband and regularly drive our electric car to northern France , Germany and Switzerland ( starting in Kent) and are planning to a big trip to Norway in the future. It looks so beautiful!!
Stunning as always Dani, thank you. Your vlogs are a reminder of just how beautiful this world is xx
Amazing, so beautiful.
How beautiful >>>>>> Thank you
Quite simply: Thank you for these videos
Greetings from Germany
This is a beautiful share. I love road-trip exploring
You are promoting Nature and Wildlife Dani...... Making people aware of how beautiful and special the World is so you are allowed a little extra co2........ I do very little mileage now so you can have my Carbon Footprint happily.... Apart from the fact you drove North and did not call in for a cup of tea and a biscuit !!!! Keep doing what you are doing Dani.... You do it very well... :-)) xx
Wonderful video Dani!
I drove from Oxted Surrey too Overbygd in Norway. had a great time!
Moving too Sweden to live next year around Lake Vanern.

What a wonderful and beautiful road trip, can wait until the next one, enjoy and stay safe....
Thanks for allowing us to tag along on your journey. Always find your videos entertaining, informative and relaxing.
Awesome video. The Varanger peninsula is definitely an unique place to visit especially in summer time. Really love the open untouched area on the way to Båtsfjord. It give you a sense of how far away from rest of the world Båtsfjord and the other towns are.
Its to flat for me. Lived in the varanger pensula for over 10 years and still dont like it
@Jørn Steen yeah i could imagine it getting boring over time. It still unique to see how open and flat it is with no tree comparing to where I come from which is south coast of Finland where we have trees everywhere.
@@DeniseRamstedtPhotography im from Norways biggest island
Fantastic video, and such beautiful scenery. Thanks for taking us all along with you on this trip Dani, can't wait for the next episode.

So good Dani, just love the video. Keep it up :)
It was beautiful Dani. 👍🧤
I recently been to the very same places you have showed in your last videos and will be showing in your new Videos, unfortunalty I could not enjoy it on the same way as you did since, it was during my work period. Your shots and videos are looking amazing specially the close up shot I enjoy most as I can't do it in the same way with my phone or GoPro, it might go several more years until I will buy a better pro camera 🙈, until then I can enjoy your videos you share ☺❤. Hope you like the deep North of Northern Norway in Finnmark.
Best regards from more south of Northern Norway.
Cool to see that you passed through Gorinchem on this amazing trip. ^^ It looks like quite the journey you made.
Beautiful video as always, Dani!
Here in Alberta Canada the pine grosbeaks are quite common.
Wonderful!!
teşekkürler Dani...

...and this is just a new comment that comprises at least seven words for the UA-cam algorithms to move this video up ↗↗↗
Well, I always enjoy your videos. What great footage of the far north. Wintertime is different and unfortunately to cold for me and not far north than Rotsund in Norway in summer. The landscape is breathtaking. Well, the ice scultures are looking so great and I can imagine the effort done by the artists. Many thanks for this video Dani. Cu in the next video.
Brilliant 🤯
This was such an awesome video for me! I've been learning Norwegian (Norsk) for a year now and I think it is such a beautiful country, I hope I can call myself a proud Norwegian someday, I would love to visit and even live there. Also your drone shots are amazing!!
Beautiful
The footage is just so beautiful...
A wonderful video Dani 😍 It would be a cool thing to see you revisit the same areas in the summer, around summer solstice. 🙂
Gratz to 100k! :D im just passed 1k and 100k seems like other side of universe :D :D so im very impressed and happy for you Dani!
Great video . Showing the nature in the north .. I live in the next village along from Batsfjord. Its amazing how beautiful it is across the mountains..until the weather changes then it becomes more dangerous.. Vardo along the coast to the most Eastern part of Norway also has plenty of wildlife on a small island .. Great photography as always . Enjoy your travels . Be safe ..
Also from London . 👍
The ice hotel you visited in Finland has taken the concept from the Ice Hotel in Jukkasjärvi outside Kiruna.
I just drive 30 minutes west of Calgary and I see Grizzly bears, moose, elk, deer, Bald Eagles, giant prairie Owls, hawks, black bears, Coyotes, beavers, etc,
