Thks Dani for this wonderful video. Snow in London looks beautiful but also cold. Natural History Museums, need lots of time to view all the exhibits. Nice to see the one in London thks to you. Have a wonderful Christmas wherever you may be. Look fwd to more Squirrels & other animals for remainder of '22 & more in '23.
Considering the quality of your camera skills, your thoughtful narration and music selection, and the wonderful pacing of your videos... I just cannot compliment you enough on the amazing work you do. Thank you and Merry Christmas!
Thank you Paul! Really appreciate your compliments. I wish I had more nature sounds in the deer section but the deer park is right below an airport path, and there's also lots of cars and people - but I'm glad you liked the music!
@@DaniConnorWild In that case I’m sure I write for everyone and say looking forward to either Knebworth, Chatsworth or if you really fancy going wild; The Cairngorms Best wishes
This is a magical video, everything about it, the photography the choice of music, the editing, you are a true artist Dani. thank you for showing us the beauty.
Thank you so much for this beautiful video, Dani! What a lovely Christmas gift it is. You create literal magic in your videos...every time. I have never seen male deer sparring like this! It was incredible to watch! I think I speak for everyone when I say your joy at what you do leaps off the screen. I look forward to your next video and am especially excited to find out more on the squirrel forest! Wishing you and Juan a very happy Christmas! Much love to you both!
This film is beautiful! I love watching the male deer locking horns. The behaviors of all the deer are so interesting. Thank you for taking us to Richmond Park on a such a beautiful snowy day.I really enjoyed the trip to the natural history museum! Seeing the Red fox in your neighborhood it was really fun. They are beautiful! Love from Vermont
What a Christmas story…OMG I enjoyed from the first second with tears in my 57 years’ old eyes. Dani, amazing video again Keep up the good work for nature and enjoy the end of year with your loved ones. Greetings from a rainy Belgium, Alain
Three times "like" in one sentence (around 6:15) 😀 I'm not complaining. I worked long ago at a university in Southern California and even graduate students overused "like" a lot over there. So it brings back some nostalgic memories. Merry Christmas! 🌲🦌🌲
I used to live near the Sussex/Surrey border and visited Richmond a couple of times a year. Also spent a year commuting through Richmond on the way to Hammersmith, so it's nice to see some familiar territory 🙂 I live in southern Sweden now 😀
I used to stop in my van in the park and have my sandwiches, a very gentle way to have lunch. Sometimes I would be up on the Epsom Downs watching the horses or the golfers. I loved my job.🤣🤣
Herzlich, Pidu 🤗❤️
What a beautiful video! Never thought that i would consider to bring a 600mm lens on a city trip to london. But now i probably need to go longer than 3 days and use my hand luggage solely for the camera gear :-P
Beautiful photos and footage of the deer!! Even though I have whitetail and mule deer that walk through my property every day I never ever get tired of watching them. Especially when the stags are sparring.
If you love a good museum, you'd really adore the Pitt-Rivers Museum in Oxford, it's great. It has dodo parts, ancient nightmare taxidermy, massive insect collections and a bee's nest in one of the windows. But it's not just a natural history museum, it is truly spectacular and jam-packed with everything. Well worth a visit next time you're in England. Till then, have a wonderful Christmas in Sweden.
Magical Dani...a Winter Wonderland and you've captured the Magnificence of the Deer especially those with Amazing Antlers...Happy Christmas to both you and Juan. Looking forward to another year of having one of your Calendar's to marvel at all your beautiful photos❄🌲❄
Morning Danni lovely video again thank you for the last 12 months of your lovely wildlife videos looking forward to seeing you in 2023 with more lovely videos,, take care of yourself stay safe mate and have a lovely Christmas and New year xx
Your work is Utterly Delightful Dani... You capture Nature in all its Beauty and Elegance.... I am sure you will have much success and critical acclaim........ Have a Wonderful Christmas and New Year.... :-)) xxx
Absolutely magical. I felt myself getting more relaxed as the video went on. The scenes in the park reminded me of a few winter camping trips when I woke up with new snow outside the tent -- like the first day of creation. BTW/We also see plenty of red foxes where I live in the U.S. (it's a mixed, semi-rural area) but they are moving rapidly to cover territory when I see them, not hanging out to check us out. It is interesting that the London foxes are so numerous and not timid.
Stunning! The deer in the snow look fantastic. The white balance and colour are just perfect. Plus capturing their behaviour and interaction with each other and people. And who doesn't like a good museum. Merry Christmas and enjoy Sweden. Thank you, love your vlogs. I'm off the Abisko myself in February, can't wait.
Hi Dani, I live in the north of England and love the fact that you can visit parks for free and encounter wildlife that are not scared of humans and are not hunted. I am lucky enough to live right next to a park with deer and squirrels (although they are the grey variety) and love being able to just sit and watch all the wildlife run around in front of you. we did not get any snow this year but I was sitting on a park bench when a fox walked by, and I managed to get some photos for my collection.
This was such a calming, peaceful video. It must’ve been an excellent day with the gorgeous snow in London, making everything look delicately wintry. And what a show the bucks put on for you with their antler wrestling. I had to laugh at the older taxidermy you pointed out in the museum. 😂
I need to say what you do with the camera is just amazing. You have a talent that not many people have. Thank you for this wonderful video again. I am looking forward to many more of your videos. I wish you and your family a Very Merry Christmas and a happy new year.
I'm so glad you used the London snow opportunity wisely! 😊 Richmond Park is one of my favourite places, but I didn't get to visit it when we had the snow, so I'm glad to see it through your lens. The video and photos turned out great! The stags and deer never disappoint. Regarding the foxes, maybe you should do a film about 'The tale of the curious London fox' 😉. Have a nice Christmas!
This video give me tears in eyes. So beautiful and peaceful to watch and enjoy! Nature is the shit and for me its like a new adventure everyday I go out in forest. See new animals and things even if I have walk this roads many times before. Thank you for everything and merry Christmas to you
Lovely that you got to experience such a beautiful snow setting for your local deer. If you're interested in seeing more natural history museums, the one in Bern, Switzerland, has some really great native animal displays using artistic backdrops to provide vivid contexts. And their mineral/rock/ collection in the basement is fabulous, in my opinion :D
What a lovely New Years gift for me. This was so magical I did not know that Richmond park had deer and that it truly looked so magical in the snow with the leaves still orange and against the snow was beautiful. I wish you and Juan the very best for 2023 and look so forward to your adventures this year. Thank you for taking us along and also sharing your hard work.
We have a red squirrel that comes to visit us now and then. Along with a grey squirrel (he has the most beautiful tail), 3 black squirrels, birds of all sorts, bossy blue jays, etc. And that is from my kitchen window. I have been feeding them from there…..most enjoyable! 🥰
Much enjoyed your video Dani, I was lucky enough to be close to our Museum in Christchurch, where I worked and studied, and as you say it set you up with an understanding and knowledge base for the future of one's travels. I traveled in snow from the Isle of Wight to Newcastle in the snow, between Xmas and New Year of 1970, on my way to Norway on the Leda, in a little green Standard 10! Loved your shots of the deer, your proximity was just right. Merry Xmas to both of you............
Beautiful. All nostalgic here. I grew up just by Bushy park. I remember lying in bed in the autumn, listening to the roar of the red deer in rutting season. And the musky smell in the park. Now I have a cabin in Dalsland, Sweden, and it's all roe deer and elk.
Really enjoyed the video Dani, I have to agree with you about the Natural History Museums, they are a fabulous place to visit and an even better place to work in, I work in the Natural History Museum in Dublin, every day is a joy
What lovely picture of the deers you took. And the snowy surroundings made them perfect. But your videos from sweden with the cute squirrels are great too. Haven´t considered how energetic they actually are before i started to follow you on youtube. And maiby with some luck you even get a chance to see a lynx too.
I love this! I so wanted to go to Richmond Park when it snowed but was stuck at work that day!
Thks Dani for this wonderful video. Snow in London looks beautiful but also cold. Natural History Museums, need lots of time to view all the exhibits. Nice to see the one in London thks to you. Used to live near Richmond park - a very nice park, used to do marathon training there.
Great video work at the park. Bravo!
Thx a million Dani
I do love the Red deers - they are quite majestic! But my heart are with the cream coloured Fallow deers.
Just gorgeous. Thank you
So so beautiful!!!
Thank you for this informative video 🙏🙏🙏
