Hi Amanda and welcome! Our next destinations are completely up to the community (you!) so fill out my survey and tell me where you want to go 🥳 my.trovatrip.com/public/l/survey/staci-schellinger
Staci, how did you get into the hosting gig? I would love to do some of these. Is there a platform you are using? As a father son team of traveling anthropologists and park rangers, we love people who share culture, history, food and natural places as they travel. Glad to find you doing a great job of this. Cheers and see you on the road some day. - Turtle and Bear
Hi Turtle and Bear and welcome! Wow, traveling anthropologists and park rangers!? I bet I could pick your brain all day with questions about your adventures. There are several ways to get into hosting. First, you can always organize tours on your own by finding local tour operators or a travel agent and create your own itinerary. Second, you can find a tour that is already put together and round up others to go with you. Lastly (and by far the easiest) is to look into hosting companies like Signature Tours, Trova Trip, and Travel With Friends. I've only worked with Trova Trip, so I cannot speak to the others, but there are a lot more tour hosting companies out there. Do some research and find the one that works best for you, your travel style, and your budget. Hope this helps!
@@gotravelwithstaci Great info. Thanks for taking the time to reach out and give of yourself. Would love to talk any time. Anthropologists like to talk a lot. lol. I hope you like our vlogs. They get better every week, I think. Cheers and talk soon.
We had a BLAST! We saw glaciers and active volcano ruptures and even the Northern Lights. Sadly I fell and broke my tailbone so I've been MIA but I am excited to share that trip with y'all soon. We want to go back to badly...maybe a summer trip?
I'd love for you to join me in Iceland! Learn more about the trip and sign up to come along bit.ly/iceland2024
Good to find you on youtube!!!
Welcome aboard!
What are some of the other trips you are planning? Very interested in traveling with a small group
