Just 118.000 kms on the clock, hardly used, clean, as new, quiet reliable, never cost a cent, plainly beautiful, totally reliable.., More? Big trips (Sydney to Melbourne) are great, steering, ride, handling, roominess, comfort, parking, turns, all great. It does all we need and more, so...and, so economical...

I had a 1979 Corolla, new. A 1200 CC engine, with a 4 speed on the floor. 3KC engine maybe. Not sure but that sounded like the correct engine code. It always bothered me that it used a quart of oil every 3,000 miles. It was still using a qt of oil every 3,000 miles when I parked it and sold it for junk with just over 300,000 miles on it. I guess it could have gone on but the car was looking really bad with faded paint and sponge showing through the black vinyl seats, and the radio quit working. Not sure but I think that I saw that same car driving around on the other side of the township I lived in. Looked exactly like the one I had.
Hi corolla is a house hold name in South Africa,I had many corolla,my only bad experience with corolla,personally felt that 1,6fa motor was not that good,the best motors ever was the 2tb and 3t engines never say die
E140 2010 is my Corolla XRS with a 5 Speed Manual Transmission Black Heated leather seats Power Sunroof power locks and power windows with the oem trunk spoiler and oem fog lights Magnetic Gray Metallic I love my Corolla I can't wait to start doing mods it's winter season right now so I can't work on my car because I don't have a Garage Toyotas are the best reliable cars they don't require a bunch of repairs and they keep going if only I knew how much better Toyotas are then Honda's I would've bought them along time ago this is my second Toyota it starts up every time and go that's why I love my Corolla XRS E140

2017 is the 50th anniversary of the Corolla. That year they refreshed, giving the Corolla a facelift. All new redesigned 2020 Corolla has been introduced

They didn't have a choice...Government Mandates are pushing the CVT Transmissions because of their fuel saving potential. So far Toyota's CVT's have worked quite well with no issues, on the other hand, both Nissan and Honda are having nothing but issues with their CVT's. I suppose if you want to get around this, you can order a Manual Tranny instead...buy Gears instead of Belts!
Light Surfer my focus would smoke your corolla no probs.its a real real nice car,should last till 4,maybe 500k the way its built i have no doubt its going to be a great and long lasting automobile.
