Exactly. Organic eggs is smaller size than industrial eggs. But, the size of yellow is bigger and more yellow. We know harmful of food industrial, raise with antibiotics.

In the Philippines they call it Balut , but in Vietnam we call it Hot Vit Lon or Trung Vit Lon . It's why when you said Balut the lady didn't understand what you meant . Also not all the Vietnameses like to eat those duck embryos.
Put some salt and pepper in the egg first, scoop it out and eat it together with the mint leaves folks. Always ask for eggs with less than1 7 days of incubation or it could be too hard for you to handle :).

It's duck egg almost hatched . So a little bit scare for foreigner cause of you can see duck eyes or duck head . Lucky you don't take it home and eat that while cold because cold balut taste suck ❤❤.
@@dananna8614 yes to old the chicks will have to much feathers. And to much eggs would have been adsorbed by the chicks……. The other country that you can find alot of belut is Philippines,and if not wrong you can visit factories that produce it.
