I honestly think at this point we just need Advanced Warfare II. Like, back then people complained about the movement being to fast to aim, yet nowadays people move arguably faster than they used to in that game while not even having exosuits.

I was in a game today and got killed by some sweaty movement abuser like this, maybe 4 times in a row, which annoyed me because I don't usually go down like that. Then I thought wow he must be pretty good then, huh? Nope. Guy went 46-48. This is the sort of crap that annoys me the most about these games. Tone that crap down and let players actually have to think, use tactics, fight more realistically, instead of the mindless gameplay from 90% of the community who are legends in their own minds and want to play like action heros from a sh1tty 80s movie.
Watching this movement just gives me an aneurysm. With EOMM in the mix it’s going to be impossible to play.

Every year, these ADHD riddled fans all hyped up on Mountain Dew make the game faster and faster and sweatier and sweatier. Every great COD game was slow AF but had the maps made perfectly for it. There's no such thing as gunplay anymore. Took a backseat to spastic movement.

I mean at this point they should just go back to jet pack movement cause this has nothing to do with the "classic boots on the ground" in any way, shape or form. The movement is getting more ridiculous every year... First 2019 introduced slide canceling which was not too over the top, then MWIII got that back but made it even faster + dolphin diving and faster mantling and then this game takes everything MWIII has and adds omni-movement.
Just buy two extra controllers/keyboards cuz you gonna need them
@@Draiver165 not sure if I'm getting your point, but I do play with m & keyboard and it's not that I can't adapt to this playstyle but it's just a bit too much, this kind of movement gets exhausting very quickly cause you always gotta spam the hell out of all the movement mechanics. The movement is way too "brain rotten" for me.

@@topshelfsoles sure but I'm talking about the newer CoDs starting of with 2019 cause all the games so far have pretty much been reskins of MW2019 with some additions/changes.
Also, it wasn't until MW2019 or to be more precise, Warzone that slide canceling became so popular to a point where it basically became a core mechanic.
Plus the fact that purpose of slide canceling in MW2019 wasn't only to cancel the slide in order to start shooting faster but it also refreshed a tactical sprint stamina.

This is the kind of sweaty movement that takes away most of the casual players. THIS is what's wrong with cod, and why everyone complains about only getting sweaty lobbies all the time. Cod movement needs to be toned down, and people need to learn to actually think amd develop tactics that aren't basically just mindlessly spamming auto fire and run jumping every corner etc. Cod was better when we didn't have this much abuse of movement.
