  • In this thought-provoking discussion, I sit down with an insightful Buddhist monk to explore the root causes of suffering and dissatisfaction in our lives. Discover the transformative power of "patient acceptance" - a radical shift in perspective that allows us to find peace and contentment in the face of life's inevitable challenges.
    Highlights include:
Why pursuing external solutions to our problems often leaves us feeling empty
The liberating realization that the main causes of happiness and suffering come from within our own minds
Practical advice for cultivating a resilient, peaceful mind in daily life
The incredible potential we all have to achieve permanent inner peace if we "become spiritually curious" and look within
Whether you're totally new to Buddhism and meditation or a longtime practitioner, this conversation will inspire you to re-examine how you relate to difficulties and deepen your journey to lasting happiness. Learn why the key to solving our problems lies not in rearranging our external circumstances, but in transforming our minds from the inside out.

such a great discussion, thank you. Could I suggest you explore Pinning both your screens so you discuss next to each other rather than flicking between each of your speaker screens, if may feel simpler for the viewer.

this is such a great video, I think human nature is to keep striving to do better than what you have especially when it's the only way you know, in terms of raising a family and children. I've come to realize that true happiness is free. It's taking a walk in nature and spending time with my dog that gives me unconditional love and having a partner that supports me. The meditation that you're speaking of is intriguing to me and I'm curious about it.

If you can remedy something, why worry? If you can't remedy something, why worry? 🤣😜🥳
