Do whatever it takes, you have been through previous rounds, nobody is paying you from their own pocket, also nobody's gonna talk abt it after joining.
Frankly, in the end, it's about the value that both (the company and the candidate) will bring to the table. Hence, we all face salary negotiation challenges once in a while during the interview process. The key is to remain confident and composed even during your toughest question about your career.
I went from 20LPA to 75 LPA with 6 yoe, (50 fixed base, 25L stocks/yr) without any negotiation because good companies follow a parity. Also there were companies who would hardly even agree for 35LPA for same set of skills, so sometimes no amount of negotiation can help. Level of company and their budget matters too
I am damn good at it. I got such negotiations skills which fetched me 20 LPA from 11 LPA. Damn it's too exciting play with human psychology. Diplomacy is an art. Bhagwan ka ashirwaad and khud ke skills se ye achieve kar paya. Soon gonna open a channel to tell the secrets of all these. See you soon on UA-cam 💖
Amazing! I have my first job interview tomorrow and i too have a 1 year career gap 😂feels like this video popped up on my feed as if it was made just for me! Anyways, i have learnt a lot through this video about how I can "play my cards" during the interview tomorrow.. Wish me luck everyone🤞
I'm very new to this channel. But the level of content blew my mind. Its absolutely amazing how the whole scenario was portrayed along side a card game yet delivered so much take aways... Truly appreciate the creativity and the smart way to convey the strategy. 💯💯💯.. indeed amazing.
the way you told the tricks is really appreciable, it was so engaging like a triller movie. Loved it. subscribed you in the first 5 mins of this video.
I juzzz loveddd both the videos on Salary Negotiation including the previous one. You both are brilliant in playing the role so perfectly. Each and every expression was on pointtt. It felt like I'm watching a salary negotiation of a candidate interviewing for a big giant company. Kudos to the team and specially loveena!!!!!!!! Girl you're🔥🔥and commendable. 👏👏 Before 2 months as I was in the same place like that guy in the video. I really got a good hike in the salary by my confidence 😎 & negotiating skills. Surprisingly, my salary was exactly same as the video.🤣🤣😆😅
What if a candidate, who is going for a salary negotiation at Full Disclosure or at Zerodha watches this tutorial and then comes for the salary negotiation? 🤣
Full disclosure has fully disclozed how to negotiate when to negotiate and how the disadvantages may actually turn the tables upside down to an advantage side. Thankyou, actually had a good learning from this. ❤❤❤❤❤ From uttar Pradesh India.
Wow! You guys just nailed it. The way of portraying the negotiation was utter mind-blowing. Didn't expected the thrill as well as learned the way to say things out. Definitely gonna use this in my interview. Thankyou
I don't like salary negotiation rounds where people try to be oversmart. I like it to be real and professional. 3 lines of convo should be all. 1st Candidate telling the expected number. 2nd HR telling a feasible number as per her buget. 3rd Candidate either accepting or asking new final number. HR should either accept or reject the candidate now. Do mind, candidate has already cleared all technical rounds and proved his skills.
The amount of mind games HR does to save pennies is so ridiculous. Just quote your budget range pay them accordingly based on their performance in technical rounds.
@@khami.30 yeah, but stop there..... it should as simple as 5mins call...not 30min to 1hour long call....only doing this bargaining..... sabji market is better ....pls keep it short and professional is my point
Actually recently I've gone through offer discussion it was new to me because it was my first switch... She was exactly making same points as yours Only place I got struck is that os 90 days notice period.... She directly asked Do you think a 90 days notice period guy will get more than this and if your not willing we will end this conversation Suddenly I don't know what went I my mind I immediately accepted the offer is that right or may be I should have negotiated in different angle like I was really performed well in tr told by manager it self in an interview Can you take my cenario Someone who is trying to switch with good technical stuff With 90 days notice period With less that 2 years experience may 1.5 or 1.6 years Make video that will help Thanks in advance🎉
This issue arises because employers often base offers on an employee's previous salary, aiming to exploit this information rather than transparently stating how much they are willing to pay. My previous salary was X, and during negotiations, I confidently asked for a 3X package. The HR representative called it "bizarre" and claimed it was far beyond the market rate, stating the maximum they could offer was a 40% hike, or 1.4X. In response, I confidently told them I had another offer willing to pay 3X. Within a few days, they matched the 3X package. The twist? I had no such offer-it was purely a bluff. So, where did I get the 3X figure from? By researching the salaries of existing employees in the same company who were working in the same role. This scenario demonstrates how negotiation often becomes a power game, especially when one party seeks to exploit the other.
Absolutely amazing stuff!! One thing that'll help more is summarising all the learning at the end of the video in succinct points. That'll help remember the strategies and hacks well.
I really like these type of content, it is very informative. 👍 However it seems very hard to even get into a interview ( the first round itself). I have been applying to so many postings in linkedin, but non of them even accepts for a interview. I honestly dont know what is it that im doing wrong. Im confident that i have the required skills but dont get the chance. It would be really helpful if you make a video on this. Thanks ❤
what ever video you guys post i bet you u cant create a better one than this , best direction, cinematography, story telling, editing, important not to miss content, this has ABC structure with education for the movie like stuff, who ever its make a movie as such , pls
Try doing this with a recruiter who does 5 negotiations a day for 10 years straight. Good luck. A right recruiter will know where you stand in the industry and where you should stand by team parity and where you should stand by ranges.

Loved the video. I'm a filmmaker doing corporate. I really liked the chess one as well. Your video always inspired me to craft new ideas as well. And i have a question regarding that. Hope you see this. Again loved the video!
Wow i wish i had watched it earlier. I had a little similar story and secured a job recently with very normal hike. But they weren't willing to give that too highlighting a short gap. The only thing that helped me was having another offer letter in hand.
