I've been doing these workouts over the past few weeks and i have notices my legs are slimmer and i have also noticed that my belly got flatter and my waist got slimmer. I am a 12 year old and i really needed to lose some weight because i was over weight for my age. However , thanks to kkardio i've lost about 9lbs in just a few weeks. I did 5 of your workouts everyday without a diet! I drank a lot of water and had smaller meals than i usually had. . Thank you so much kkardio

I do dance workouts a lot at home because I'm a fitness addict and have been for years, so these Kkardio videos are super fun and helpful :) I like how they're pretty easy yet you can still sweat no matter what your fitness level. (Keep in mind that I passed the Navy fitness test except for the pull-up portion because my arms are kinda like weak sticks but uhhh yeah otherwise I am *extremely* fit :D ) So these videos are great no matter what your intention is in working out! I do these when I'm in the mood for a fun cardio day. Thanks for making these!
