Hello Screen Troopers! Here’s the longer extended goofy video showing the official setup print for the AllDayShirts.com freebie give away. I decided to print 3 locations and spice up the shirt a little bit being that it’s a single-color print. This is the longer extended version of the set-up video in which I included more details on the setup procedure. I basically turned on the camera and let you see me get set up to do the test print video. This is a great video for those of you who are just starting out because it gives you a longer explanation of the setup. Stay tuned because I have to figure out now how we will give these away.

Thank you for your honesty! you make some great points!! yes there is definitely a lot of different equipment out there which can be confusing to choose from as far as laser registration etc lol I like these kind of videos ! If I ever go out to Arizona again I will definitely stop by for some supplies :D

I would like to talk about different technics, inks, and whatever weird sh%#! you have to print get a different perspective or just learn a difference between mi. and az. I would like to talk shop.

Do you feel that adding capillary films to a screen printing business is a smart move to start accepting smaller orders under 25 shirts because it gives the printer the ability to speed up labor time and also charge a premium because you can get a job done within 12-24 hours as long as the experience is there?
Cap film is sometimes difficult to work with the same way direct liquid emulsions can be. It's really a personal preference. In my humble opinion, direct liquid emulsions are best. They are easier to use and more cost effective. I can print anything just as fast as you with cap film and me using direct liquid emulsions. The key is preparation. At any given time I have about 17 screens ready to expose. So the use of cap film does not necessarily make anything faster. Thanks for watching!
