Screen Printing Tee Shirts: What Is Emulsion Over Mesh?

I am sure there will be many people who think I am wrong with my interpretation of EOM or emulsion over mesh. But please remember we are talking about tee shirts and textile printing. This has nothing to do with high density screen printing. This information comes directly from the very technical Saati handbook. If you would like a copy of that, I can show you where to get it. In this rundown on emulsion over mesh, I give you my take on this topic based on information from the Saati hand book. I certainly can teach you how to print a high volume of ink onto any fabric with set up on press. Of course, you will need to pick the proper mesh count and squeegee. But remember, you need to actually read and study the information presented. This is technical and scientific. For tee shirts, you really do not need to know all this stuff.
