how about lakers squad? davis and green is also int the worst effeciency in this list and still won championship? giannis should be blame also for their lost becoz of his one dimensional playing style. he needs to improve his passing and shooting range

Lakers need avery bradley if they want to repeat. Can probably slow down either way-off P or kawhi "load management" leonard if they face them in the playoffs.
James stats in the paint is why I had the LAL over the rest of the field including the LAC all season. If you watched the regular season games, he never truly attacked against the top tier teams. He has learned to pace himself and knows that attack mode is needed in the postseason NOT the regular season. This is why I laughed at anyone who claimed the regular season matchups vs the Bucks and LAC were good indication of them over the LAL.

Mid-Range In The 2002-03 Season Michael Jordan: 457/1056 (43.3%) Tracy McGrady: 327/757 (43.2%) Vince Carter: 161/383 (42%) Kobe Bryant: 376/918 (41%) Allen Iverson: 346/895 (38.7%) Paul Pierce: 203/570 (35.6%) Even at age 40, MJ was still the best at the mid-range.
Utah - Denver must surely have been the best 1st round series of all time. Michell first player to avg. 35+ PPG , 50+ FG%, 50+ 3P%, 90+ FT% in PlayOffs history including two 50+ pts games in the series. Murray and Mitchell first pair to each score 50 in a single PlayOffs game. Both of them averaging more than 45% from deep. Not to mention the WAY they got their points. Series ending with a 3-1 comeback. Haven't even mentioned how well Jokic played through the entire bubble yet. All three of them are even mentioned in this video as the most efficient scores from each their spots. Just incredible! Truly 3 of the absolute elite of the league.
As someone rooting for the Lakers, it really annoyed me how often Davis would take highly contested midrange shots in these playoffs. He has so much skill and physicality, and yet he settles for 5 seconds with the ball in his hands and then a contested midrange. Kick it out, drive, back down the defender. So many options in many of these possessions, and yet he "settles" way too often. I really hope he will work on that. As an already elite(!) player just a tiny adjustment to his shot selection could give him the last boost to truly be the best!
@@kdawg7988 That's not necessarily true. Players don't usually just throw it up from anywhere, they tend to have their spots, and I'd imagine there's plenty of guys who would overshoot if they took a few steps forward from their regular places. For most a midranger is easier but for guys like PJ or Covington or Wesley Mathews who basically only shoot catch and shoot 3s I think they might literally be worse from 18 feet than they are from 22 lol
