Today we're checking out 'How BTS knows literally everything about each other'
Wikipedia States: BTS (Korean: 방탄소년단; RR: Bangtan Sonyeondan; lit. Bulletproof Boy Scouts), also known as the Bangtan Boys, is a South Korean boy band formed in 2010. The band consists of Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook, who co-write or co-produce much of their material. Originally a hip hop group, they expanded their musical style to incorporate a wide range of genres, while their lyrics have focused on subjects including mental health, the troubles of school-age youth and coming of age, loss, the journey towards self-love, individualism, and the consequences of fame and recognition. Their discography and adjacent work has also referenced literature, philosophy and psychology, and includes an alternate universe storyline.
BTS debuted in 2013 under Big Hit Entertainment with the single album 2 Cool 4 Skool. BTS released their first Korean and Japanese-language studio albums, Dark & Wild and Wake Up respectively, in 2014. The group's second Korean studio album, Wings (2016), was their first to sell one million copies in South Korea. By 2017, BTS had crossed into the global music market and led the Korean Wave into the United States, becoming the first Korean ensemble to receive a Gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for their single "Mic Drop", as well as the first act from South Korea to top the Billboard 200 with their studio album Love Yourself: Tear (2018). In 2020, BTS became one of the few groups since the Beatles (in 1966-1968) to chart four US number-one albums in less than two years, with Love Yourself: Answer (2018) becoming the first Korean album certified Platinum by the RIAA; in the same year, they also became the first all-South Korean act to reach number one on both the Billboard Hot 100 and Billboard Global 200 with their Grammy-nominated single "Dynamite". Follow-up releases "Savage Love", "Life Goes On", "Butter", and "Permission to Dance" made them the fastest act to earn four US number-one singles since Justin Timberlake in 2006.
As of 2023, BTS is the best-selling musical act in South Korean history according to the Circle Chart, having sold in excess of 40 million albums.[2] Their studio album Map of the Soul: 7 (2020) is the third best-selling album of all time in South Korea, as well as the first in the country to surpass both four and five million registered sales. They are the first non-English-speaking and Asian act to sell out concerts at Wembley Stadium and the Rose Bowl (Love Yourself World Tour, 2019), and were named the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry's (IFPI) Global Recording Artist of the Year for both 2020 and 2021. The group's accolades include multiple American Music Awards, Billboard Music Awards, Golden Disc Awards, and nominations for five Grammy Awards. Outside of music, they have addressed three sessions of the United Nations General Assembly and partnered with UNICEF in 2017 to establish the Love Myself anti-violence campaign. Featured on Time's international cover as "Next Generation Leaders" and dubbed the "Princes of Pop", BTS has also appeared on Time's lists of the 25 most influential people on the internet (2017-2019) and the 100 most influential people in the world (2019), and in 2018 became the youngest recipients of the South Korean Order of Cultural Merit for their contributions in spreading the Korean culture and language.

The relationship among BTS members goes beyond being just bandmates; they share a deep bond akin to that of a family. Their journey from trainees to global superstars has forged a strong connection, rooted in trust and understanding. The intense knowledge they have of each other's strengths, weaknesses, and quirks creates a dynamic synergy that resonates with fans.
They are brothers from another mothers
They have plenty of variety shows like Bon Voyage - (were they go on trips, different countries), In the Soop (staycation), and finally most of the clips in this video are from Run BTS (were they do challenges and play games). I hope one day you could start watching from any of this shows 😊
I'm not surprised that BTS know so much about each other because when they started out as trainees all seven shared 1 bedroom in their dorm, and they lived together for at least 8 years. They are like brothers. And, all the shows are from their variety shows, behind the scenes, or interviews. Their variety shows are RUN BTS, IN THE SOOP, and Bon Voyage. Then they had other shows in the early days like Rookie King, and others I'm sure OG ARMY's could share. These guys are like family, not just a music group.
They know all this about each other because their company "label" required them to live together, which they did, for nearly 10 years. They grew to love and care for each other as a family.

They do a lot of games and activities on Run BTS. Also in the show “In The Soop” where they bond for days in just one house and lastly “Bon Voyage” where they travel out of the country.
Omg, “Run BTS” makes me nearly cry from laughing. I stumbled onto episode #51 on the very first time looking up BTS songs on YT, and I was hooked from there on out. Their music & dancing is the absolute best, but you add in how funny they are and that sends them over the top.
Their bond is super unique and special. I miss them so much!!!

Variety shows are a large part of how idols reach out to let fans get to know them in S Korea. BTS also used the internet in a way no one else in their industry was doing at that time. But they were mistreated by the industry due to pressure from the big labels, and so they were mistreated on variety shows, if they got invited at all. So they started their own variety show early on. It's called RUN BTS, not to be confused with their songs Run and RUN BTS. Their show has 155 episodes, not counting the special episodes. They also have the Gayo shows of them playing games and doing challenges which they did before RUN BTS, and many other special videos. There are also their travel shows which are reality shows of them on vacation, which includes them having adventures, doing challenges, playing games and just hanging out. Bon Voyage has several seasons and during the pandemic it became In the Soop (In the Forest) staycations in rural locations in S Korea, because they could not leave S Korea. There are also lots of Bangtan Bombs and livestreams, which are just their impromptu videos of them doing things at home, or behind the scenes, or goofing off in hotel rooms on tour, etc. They also do livestreamed sessions with ARMY many times as a group for special events like to celebrate awards and achievements, birthdays and Festa, the anniversary of their debut every year, where they are eating, drinking, goofing around and interacting with ARMY live. They also have done many livestreams in smaller groupings or solo, just hanging out, doing crafts, singing for ARMY, answering questions or replying to comments, eating food, celebrating their solo releases, sharing bits of music they are working on, talking about music production, etc. Suga has done a bunch of album unboxings where he walks you through their new releases and talks about the making of the albums, and Namjoon/RM likes to talk about writing and production too. Jungkook, king of the livestreaming, has done many multi hours long livestreams from home where he has danced, cooked and ate food, cried, sang, got drunk, folded laundry, fallen asleep, etc. with ARMY. He calls us his best friends.
BTS has been incredibly visible and transparent throughout their careers in a way I have never seen from any other artists. The are super genuine and honest and open, with both their highs and their lows, their triumphs and their struggles, their hopes and their fears.

These were all from their variety show called "Run BTS". There are 155 episodes plus a few special episodes they did in 2021 and/or 2022. They are so chaotic and fun. I love watching Run BTS and I truly hope they can bring it back in some form when they reunite in 2025.

Well there are 155 episodes of BTS Run and they always play games and in many cases, guessing about each other.
It's really funny seeing compilations of them being in synch randomly lol
I think they have done about 160 Run BTS episodes. Many of the clips in this video are from that show. I would highly recommend watching them. The guys get up to all kinds of things and hilarity ensues. They have often spoken so fondly of Run BTS and would like to continue them in the future. I enjoy watching your reactions. You guys are great.
Jimin finding RM is impressive cause rm didn't even say anything yet jimin immediately turned around and pointed at him which is crazy.
@ 14.25 a lotttt of groups if not most of them, in Korea, after Bangtan succeeded so much with their Run episodes started doing their own variety shows too even doing the exact same shows they did (like In the Soop)

one of the things i love about bts is their bond with one another. i know they didn't start out like that and that they had to work a lot to get where they are today but it's just so delightful to see how much they love each other

Yes sugarmy page is really good 🫶🏾 I love all the bts content but I won't compare them to bands on the West coast. They're positives and negatives on both sides. Kpop stars can't easily date etc so it's a difference of culture in regards to seeing Backstreet boys, etc, doing things like this, also BTS lived with each other for over a decade 24/7 not just during touring like western bands.
You need to watch RUN BTS, it has English subtitles, Run BTS has more than 100 episodes and I loved each one. BTS is a lot of fun and they are extremely chaotic lol
Yes SugArmmy videos are great!! BTS' members really have a such a wholesome and strong bond. 💜 It's crazy to me how much they know each other. I don't even know my brothers that well and I still live with them 💀 or maybe that's me idk
