I've had my Magpul wallet for a year and a half already and am very pleased. It does force you to carry the minimum, but that fits me well. It looked like it would break apart easily (especially the clear plastic for the ID card), but it has hold up perfectly. The build is as solid as new. It's practical, slim, durable. I wouldn't change it unless it broke, but don't look like it will happen any time soon. It's probably not made for everyone, but if you are into it, you will love it.

I've had mine for a couple years already. Tbh, I really dig the slim body. License, debit and credit card, insurance card, emergency key, and thats pretty much all I carry. Sometimes I'll carry a few bills, but you really can't carry more than a couple bills before it bulges the wallet. But I rarely carry cash anyway unless I'm going to the taco truck. Some things of note it that it's not really durable around the edges. The seams are coming undone on the other layers, but it's mainly cosmetic. Along with that, the clear panel for the license gets very dirty. My license spot got fairly dirty after a month out in field. Otherwise, I'm sure there are better options but my experience is it's pretty solid.

I've been using this wallet for three years and, other than the clear window yellowing, the thing is still looking good and functioning like new with zero damage.

It’s a good design for someone who is truly minimalist and only carries essentials in a wallet (1 or 2 ID, 2 Credit/ Debit Cards, 2 Misc. Cards, 1 or 2 Bills). But for the average person, it’s a very impractical wallet. I’ve had a Big Skinny for about 2 years now and I will NEVER go back to minimalist wallets

I don’t consider myself a minimalist. I counted my cards and I only carry 5 cards total including my drivers license.

In slim wallets, when the cash is stuffed between card slots, the tighter the wallet (more the number of cards used), the more pressure on the cash so to to pull the cash out it hurts your cuticles as you insert your thumb and index to grip the (small) wad of cash to pull out.

Just picked one up on Amazon for $12, looks like a great minimal wallet

Well, that's dumb. Cash sticks out the top when folded in half. No thanks. Onto the next review.

That's just a really badly designed wallet!
