Watch what she had to say Part 2 ua-cam.com/video/v_PWAUVCcT0/v-deo.htmlsi=i3Fe9cckmGtrwEvn
Yeah I quit watching this clown!
I'm in my 80s now, retired, happily living alone in the USA. Back when I was in my 20s, I was with a few friends and an older gent. We were talking about getting a GF, getting married, having kids, and all that responsibility. We asked the older gent what he thought was the best way to live.
He thought for a moment, then asked us why we wanted to get married.
Most of us said 3 things: regular sex, kids with family life, and regular 3 meals a day prepared by our wives.
The old gent thought for a moment as he looked at each of us. Then he said:
"Well, as for the kids and 3 meals a day, you could probably come up with some sort of alternative plan and lifestyle. But as far as the regular sex is concerned, the f-----g you get isn't worth the f-----g you're gonna' get."
If yer smart and buy a house you have a lawyer draw up a lien against the house and property should a divorce happen or she wants to sell it out from under you she must first pay off the lien against it and pay you back in full. It works and protects you against fraud from your spouse!
Never give up your manhood for a woman in the Philippines or anywhere else Come on man 🤔
thanks for watching
He's into the kids probably
Manhood?
Owning property in the Philippines is impossible so everything you give to your girl is a gift to her and her family.
You can own a condo and certian townhomes depending on how the town home is titled. Condo can be 100% owned by foreigners
Perfect place for super simp fat Willy
condo, or put home with lawyer in others name. see a lawyer.
A permanent resident can own property, house, land up to x amount of acres, thats from the Govt. website, chk it out
My dad said the women in the Philippians lie out of 3 sides of their mouth.
Must be your dad never met an American woman
If you expats guys are 62, 65, 67 years old you should try older ladies in their late 40s or 50s.
Those young ladies in their 20s or 30s will ruin your life.
Thanks Andrew
You are totally right. I had lots of pretty young ones wanting to marry me but didn't convince me, so I made the right choice and never had anything to regret.
@@tonieplacide-oy4xx , the problem is most of these women are obese, older and have children from prior marriages. Even Filipinos don't want them.
Most of these women that u mentioned are older, obese, below average looking and have children. Some even have grandchildren.
They were looking to die early w/ them young ladies. Why stop their fun?
I’ve been married to my Filipina wife 15 years and we about the same age. We still live in the states as we are still fairly young (40s). Im buying a condo in Cebu but she is paying 100% for a land and house to be built in the province. I won’t pay for any of it. Im also keeping our house in the USA as a fall back. It seems so many expat videos I watch are guys making rash decisions with no planning or thought.
Smart good 4 u
The game was over the minute he moved her in. Some of us fall for these younger women who only want financial support. They don't genuinely love you. There were too many red flags that were ignored so you suffer the consequences.🤔🏝️
many red flags in his story
Facts mistake a lot of gringos make in The Philippines 🇵🇭.
These double chin old romeo 😂😂😂
These guys over 60 just remember when you was a 35 old guy , have you ever think to be involved with a 60+ woman??
Is fucking disgusting.
I am 41 and for a woman in her 20 , i consider myself old.
A woman between 20 and 29 is too young for me.
Just look yourself in the mirror before looking for love and a 20+ woman.
Did a coconut fall on your head?
Before that even. Single mother? RUN. TWO or more kids? RUN FASTER. Either SHE is low value because her husband (or husband and boyfriend or two boyfriends) ran from her, or, she chooses low value men. (While it's not great for a man's ego to discover it's the latter, he still should.) Oh and she didn't change. He just never really saw her. Which also means, if he still thinks it was her that "changed", that it wasn't his inability to pinpoint high value women, then he won't "see" the next one coming either.
The second mistake was that she was poor. He even says it himself - living in a pig pen. So she never had her Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs met, which means all her decisions until that point were based on securing the next meal and money. It in was in that learned state she chose him. And he met both of those, food and money, so of course all seemed happy at first. But once that was secured and behind her, it was time to monkey branch, move up a rung and meet the other needs (or just more of the same lower ones, like more $).
Like most of these low-value women who clueless foreign men deliberately seek out ("I'll 'save' her from poverty so she'll stay with me forever because she's grateful and will feel like she owes me"), once she realized she could take most of everything for herself and use her crotch trench to suck the next foreigner into, she was off like a rabbit from a bald greyhound - after a period of growing to first resent, then hate him of course, to justify her cheating - which he has mentioned, but you can just bet she blames HIM for.
What he should have done about the house was threaten to have her and her boyfriend charged with adultery (he used the words "boyfriend" and "bang my wife" and "apply for a divorce") unless she agrees within 30 days to sign paperwork so x% of the money for the house sale goes to him upon sale - and that happens in such a way (through paperwork at time of sale) that she never gets access to the full amount - that the bank or purchaser pays each of them their agreed portion.
And for those who will say, "But punishing her punishes the kids..." that's the same simp behavior that caused this situation in the first place AND you can guarantee (low value woman that she is) she's going to raise those kids lying about him, accusing, rubbishing for years - so when they're adults they'll hate hit guts anyway. Not only that, if she goes to jail (and remember, that's only if she's dumb enough not to sign - no Filipina wants to go to a Philippines jail), the kids would go to some aunt until she's out anyway. Of course this assumes the house is actually worth something too. If it's the typical hollow block hovel foreigners build (like old uncle Pedal FIle Jessie) then it probably isn't worth bothering over. Even so I'd still want her in jail. Consider it a much-needed life lesson for her not to be a shitty, low-value person.
I'm typing while still listening... His main lesson after being asked for advice to other men is to get a prenup!? LOL. This guy still doesn't have a clue that he's not just 50% responsible for this happening, but coming from the west, with a better education, better and mature life skills (should have had anyway), and resources (internet) to learn what went wrong, etc - he still doesn't get it. He says he "has a few close friends" (obviously he means superficial friends with sexual benefits). He seems still oblivious to what happened so It's probably best he sticks to that the rest of his life.
"It wasn't a care of the greedy Filipina trying to get the foreigner." Uh, yeah - it was. She just didn't know it herself yet. Did she plan that from day one? No, but it 99% GUARANTEED it would naturally flow into that by the type of woman he chose. He missed his best friend? She was never his best friend. HE is projecting that false impression upon her. She was/is INCAPABLE of having felt the same, evidenced by her stealing from her own friends and church and by getting a boyfriend soon after kicking him out, instead of a time of regret and introspection a person with scruples would go through. (In fact given all her red flags and low-value behaviors it's a safe bet she was screwing the boyfriend (if not multiple other guys) well before inviting him to leave. (You don't willingly turn off one money tap until you've turned on a second one.)
And guys, don't take back a 304 who not only did all this, but was on her back 5 minutes after you closed the door, and then says she wants you back. She only wants you back for one of two reasons: a) Because the new boyfriend won't put up with the same BS you did and have indicated you would again, or b) To finish the hit man plan.
Never go back to The Philippines, if she filed a case against you (violation against women and Children-withholding of economic or financial benefits) you can be immediately go to jail the moment you set foot there. I hope she didn’t file a lawsuit and if so, i hope it wouldn’t prosper!
good advice
It appears his move to Thailand, was no coincidence
That's why I don't get involved with amy Filipina since 2014. Lol😂. They just use and blackmail foreign men in The Philippines. The best life in the Philippines is MGTOW mode.
Philippines is a crazy country. Corruption all over the place in that country from the scammers to the politicians
The thing is you don't need a State Sanctioned Marriage.
Put everything in a trust
I married a Filipina in the U.S. She signed a pre nup that covered just about everything. Just a verbal to give her a one time small amount of cash( 4 figures)that I didn't even have to honor. No support. We are divorced now because of her and a pre nup is the best thing they ever invented before marriage. I believe she would have went after more if I didn't.

@@watersbey25 Any divorce attorney can write one up.
@@mightyj806 noooo, it requires international know how by a knowledgeable lawyer You have to get the girl into the USA on a 3 month fiance visa, and have a USA based lawyer represent Her. The second lawyer represents you. It must be drafted and signed IN THE USA The prenump must be in her dialog or else she can easily hire another lawyer to happily contest it later saying she couldn't understand the language in the prenump. This will void the pre nump later in court. Her lawyer should be a good one, chosen by her and actually becomes a pain in the butt to deal with, costing you extra money and some anger. BINGO, EXACTLY! These scams are literally "EVERYWHERE" in the Philippines. She will marry and wait patiently even if it takes 5 to 10 years, then she will magically say, the love is gone and so goes the home that you paid for conviently enough. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I used to live in Negros Occidental for 4 years in Philippines and the laws exclude the rights of foreigners. It is obviously a government-sanctioned scam to separate foreigners from their retirement savings. DO NOT FALLED FOR THE MARRIAGE SCAM!
foreigners cannot buy a home..a condo yes home is hers. sorry thats it.. I met a lawyer there are ways to insulate home.
Think long term rentals would have been favorible.
I own a townhouse with a condo title in the Philippines, she tried to tell me put in her name I said listen it’s my money and I do my research very good and this town house can be in my name 100% and that’s facts , I brought the house and I personally own it no other name , never put a house in there name they never worked for it never put anything towards it so be wise , but a house is a trap for them once you buy it they wait then get you out , I hope many read this and either buy a condo in your own name or look for a town house with a condo title like I did , it’s 100% yours because I brought one .
Thanks for sharing Dave
Sounds interesting but I don't follow your logic.
Are you saying only a condo in your name is safe, and a normal house is not?🤷
Research the internet foreigners CAN buy condos and townhouses under their name in the Philippines .
Research the internet foreigners can get 25+ year leases on new built houses under the retirees name.and never get kicked out of it from the Pinay when they break up
Just spend that hour on Google and UA-cam.

Sorry to hear about your marriage.better to be alone in Thailand. Enjoy your new life ok.
I have many stories of friends, family and coworkers including me who had GF or wife CHANGE OVER TIME. Breakup or divorce are pretty common. I asked my marriage counselor before my divorce what are the odds of a truly HAPPY long term marriage. She said around 10% to 15% are really happy or have only minor marriage problems. Another 30% to 35% have problems and need counseling and/or are truly UNHAPPY. The remaining percentage end in divorce. Even if you love each other in the beginning the SAD reality is TIME is not your friend and the odds are NOT in your favor.
thanks for the info
All people change over time. The old saying goes a man marries a woman expecting her to stay the same and a woman marries a man expecting him to change. The truth is that both change over time and it’s up to them as a couple to either grow together or let themselves grow apart.
William, you better annul your marriage with your wife. Give yourself a chance to be happy.
@@lmcc0072 I think to many people get married just because of that LOVE feeling, not taking into consideration how that will change over time. That's why I sadly see some of my friends in and out of relationships when the rubber meets the road. Marriage is HARD WORK, but to be honest it's not something most think about in the throws of love. Believe me I like the feelings of love, but if you don't lay a good foundation of respect, trust and forgiveness before you say "I DO" when troubled waters come your marriage will fold like a cheap suit.
Your therapist was full of it and the studies and research show the rate of happiness in marriage are higher than any other long term relationship
I was married to a Filipina for about 15 years. Back in the early 90's I spent well over $100,000. For land and a house that was supposed to be my retirement home in Bicol. This was hard to stomach I'm glad he is still around to tell his story. I say because i once had a wife that me sleep with one eye open. You never know whats going through another person's mind or why. However, im a lil different, i would never stay in a relationship because of the kids. We men need to learn to love ourselves first. If it's your own savings, then the property title must be on your name. A condo flat or a town house with condo title will be perfect. Or just keep renting until you decide to settle in an area permanently.
If the property is not on your name, then it's not yours, and you are more likely to get kicked out of the house. If you're renting you're safest.
She had a house and he destroyed it. He needs to write off that new house as a loss. He is a foolish man and does not seem to have learned a thing. My mother always said this to my father " I had a home when I moved into this one as your wife, and I WILL have a home if we part."

I think it's pretty evident we're not!
Never buy a house unless you can afford to lose it or are in a super long term relationship (10-20+ years) especially an age gap one. The only way is to protect yourself; a prenup then incorporate and have a company and then have a lease as it is ALL Business but so often guys DON'T think and let their heart or little head rule them. Even Marriage is a Business and the problem is as a foreigner your the "outsider" so treat it as such otherwise you are the Fool in the saying. As the house isn't finished it will be hard to sell. As in Any divorce "Everyone Loses" and both sides will have hurt feelings and the problem could be another tree comes down on the house or something similar

Guys why do you keep falling for single mothers, dating a single mother is like being asked to clean up at a party you were never invited to. You have to ask yourself, why are they single, why did her last man leave her. If they (her and the family) ever ask you for money, ask them how they plan on paying you back, are they going to work for it, tell her from day 1 that you are not a charity.

The moral of the story is never invest more than you are willing to walk away from. A separation is one of many things that can happen, and you may need to bug out. Renting is so cheap in the philippines, and if a natural disaster occurs, then you can just pack and move on. A condominium is an option, but then you have money tied up that you can use for your retirement. Thinking that your going to take care of your wife after your gone is honorable but if you don't live close to her family then she will probably sell the house and move in with them or her children. Survivors' benefits can apply if your marriage is recognized by the United States. As far as yourself, you come first as this is your retirement, and they are better off for being in your life.

Hello Mike it's a sad story for William!I just wonder if his wife supporting her parents and siblings?that's how a filipina wife of foreigner got pressured by the family.
There's always an emergency situations and the siblings taking advantage of her.I'm a filipina married to a foreigner my husband and talked about our money situation. He is okay with me helping my siblings and nieces as long as they use the money to invest their future like college education.I do work here and earned to help.I think that William wife's situation can be similar unfortunately she doesn't work and earn for herself. I hope not a lot of foregners falls into the same marriages. Thank you for sharing this video.

Filipinos are not the only people who always cooking up sad story's family's included etc, On the Bright side hopefully these vloggs will wisen people worldwide especially western worlders who seem to fall under these spells in the name of love, especially Older Men nd Women seem to be the main targets.
Willie is the biggest Troll out there , besides having go fund me for his house build , Xmas gifts for the kids , his hosoital bills from his fake motorcycle acciddent . . . i thought this guy went away , now he is back with more stories 😂😂😂
oh willie is William
Like we think..he will not stop..his mouth is full of shit...
@williamabrams you lie about being a doctor. you aren't. not even close. you fit eyeglasses. SoCal School of Optometry has no record of you. The American Optemetric Association has no William M Abrams listed as a DO aka doctor of optometry. no Jefferson Award listing either. you've got mental issues for sure.
Nobody forces you to donate, so you are alone and enjoy the entertainment, you are a simp too, just go and see if you can do better in the Philippines and we watch you...😂😂😂
The scars on his head? Is that from the drunken motorcycle crash?
There's much more to this story...An alcoholic can become a monster when drinking. I've seen a nirmal guy turn into a possessive A Hole in a bender all day
Overtime, it sucks the air out of the rekationship. Even a Filipina has her limits.
This story has been repeated hundreds of times all over SouthEast Asia. I'm t starts with..."But My Girl Is Different.".
Sounds like the bottle was more important than the relationship in the beginning 31:48
i agree
Love your channel, but I couldn’t finish watching it. This dude just rubs me completely the wrong way for some reason.
Then go and buy, built a house in the Ph....😂
Why is that?
@@mikesphilippineretirement just something about him. I can’t put my finger on it. I think maybe it’s that his story is a bit one sided - “I was a good guy through everything, she was horrible” kinda thing. There’s always three sides - his, hers, and the truth. Or, maybe because he WAS the nice guy throughout and let himself get treated like a doormat. I’ll have to follow his channel to know more about him.
trust your gut 😂😂
@@jeremiethomas8005His story about bringing her to Thailand is full of holes because it can be really complicated for a Filipina to get a passport, I don't believe he was sincere.
So sad for this guy ,but at least you had good luck finding Janet Mike , she is Golden
Good video thanks
yes I'm Blessed thank you
By the law, it's already conjugal property. And should be divided into two for both couple's shares. In the Philippines, there is unwritten rule regarding property owned by the couple. Usually, if the property is given by the parents or relatives of the woman's side, we acknowledge and respect that she owns it. Same case for man's side.
Nice to meet you this morning in Henrys Mike, I'm in Dumaguete for a holiday , im thinking of retiring out here and came across your videos just by chance, they are really informative and interesting , so i was amazed when i saw you at the table next to me. Best of luck to you in the future .
nice meeting you also.
It’ll be interesting to hear her side to see what she says. So many red flags but right now all we’re hearing is his story.
we hope to have her on soon
Yes I agree with the original poster... It would only be fair to give her an open forum where she can tell her side. I applaud you Mike for being non judgemental to this gentleman, and you are right, there are always two sides plus the truth somewhere in the middle...
lmao ppl acting confused like he wasn't just her ATM. Hey tell my husband I owe you money, he'll give us money. Just another scam.

yes he needs to move on and try to be happy
WHAT CAN I SAY WILLIAM !!! WE ARE LIVING IN A DANGEROUS WORLD ...A HUMAN MIND BOTH MALE N FEMALE IS UNPREDICTABLE EVER CHANGING ...I FEEL SORRY FOR YOU N THE REST OF THOSE WHO FELL THROUGH THE TRAP DOOR ..GUD LUCK TO YOU ..

He was kind generous guy.he was helpings her.before she became greedy for more money.not paying bills etc.he was good to her n family
The story about the house has a number of holes. Why even build on it if you don’t have a legal lot? Why put a load bearing new roof on if the walls aren’t structurally sound? I would definitely call engineering if the house isn’t safe. Seems like he might have some liability if something bad happens.
buyer beware
Very sad story. Hope William is able to keep moving on with his life.
sure he will
Im hoping he will shut his mouth too
@@WenggayEspinolahave you heard her side of the story? This is a very toxic marriage! Good story Mike.

Everyone knows that foreigners can’t own land in the Philippines. That being said, any house or land is going to be in the Filipinos name. The only thing that you can do is to have a 25 year lease on the land/property that will give you some rights or buy a condo that CAN be put into your name. You can hire a lawyer to draw up your lease agreement or to make sure that the title is good if you buy a condo.
good points
Invest only what you can walk away from and always have a backup plan.
No everyone doesn’t know.
@@pattskatoey3139 good man are stupid! I am one of them, so I know🤣🤣🤣🤣
For starters,..😅😅😅 it's sure stupidity if a foreigner willing builds a house for the filippina. When things go south, you as the foreigner you cannot get the house!!! NEVER EVER BUILD A HOUSE FOR THE FILIPPINA,BECAUSE IT WILL NOT EVER BE YOURS! JUST RENT.
I hope you do not repeat the same mistakes in Thailand. Forget everything and cut contact with her and her family.Be careful if you go back, especially with the life insurance on your head.

good video mike. your guest said when he met her. she said " I heard you looking for a wife". RED FLAG. but love is blind.
This guy seems good , women are like this they change.
Sorry Mike, but this guy's story sounds like anything but a love story. His story sounds like it was all about money and her lack of it why they got together in the first place. He seems very jaded about what happened and ig like to reserve my full opinion until Janet can get the other side. Great restraint and control from you Mike to get him back on task when he wondered off the path.
Thanks and Janet is working on it
This vid DOES NOTHING TO INSPIRE TRUST IN MY PINAY!
"The Adultery Penalty in the Philippines is prison correctional from the medium and maximum periods which translates to 2 years, 4 months and 1 day to 6 years for the wife and her paramour."
INSURANCE MONEY?!?! Yikes!
My pinay informed me that her mother has cancer and has since ghosted me. She never a$ked for a thing from me. Maybe I missed making a huge mistake? I honestly do not know. Time will tell.
Interesting video, Mike. Keep up the good work.
Thanks Danno
Don't trust them but treat them with civility . The mindset is 3rd world not being mean its the truth. 15 years back and forth visiting the Philippines from the UK has been a major eye opener about the culture and mindset
We usually neglect to think logically. Why would a beautiful young lady choose a broken down old man who is basically broke with not enough money to live even a tight budget life style. When the lady discovers that he does not have the means to even support her in a basic style, she waves good bye. That would be after the man spends what little life saving he had on property that he cannot own. No way will he live happily ever after.
The fact that her daughter told you to get out, because she has a "Life Insurance Policy" out on you is very Troubling. For me, there will never ever be me going back to her after something like that. It's over -Period!
The fact william said it makes me doubt it happens. Guy lies a lot in his videos.
Just keep in mind in the comments section that anyone defending him there that it’s probably him with his numerous accounts. Old behavior he is known for in the past. Real piece of cuka.
he has said a lot and changes his story often to fit his mood
a woman can change from a angel to a demon when she said get out she probable done with him she used him forget about her kids she dont want him.

If i was him i might not divorce her let her live with that
@@mikesphilippineretirementi sure she care for her kids but not husband. A Filipina family can often come before a husband.😢
I used to be that guy - saving people. I’m embarrassed about it now, but lessons learned.
Hi Mike , William has to realize that if he chooses to get a divorce, the Documentation just needs to be Documented with the PHILIPPINE Statistics Authority. He’s not on the hook. Thank You For The Video.
This man posted a video about one of his online enemies..Named Dave I believe who is now dead..This character made a video rejoicing and saying good riddance and rot in hell.. Come on the man is dead… I’d take anything Willy said, with a grain of salt, he’s of low moral character and a repulsive individual.

Best thing you can do. Just let it all go.
And stop listening to anything she says you'll be better off
thanks for the comment
Let this be an example to EVERY man, what not to do/allow EVER while married.
Especially to a single mother.
Are you kidding me dude!
Don’t pay her money for food. She don’t care for you, man ! Get a divorce ! Don’t pay the construction fees to move with building house.
I had a home in his area I don’t know him personally but he was a heavy obnoxious loud drunk. He’s an eye doctor if I’m not mistaken. Rossi motor bike and a million pesos is nothing to loose. Get a divorce in USA coast more than that to get cheep lawyer. Cut your loss and don’t bad mouth her. Who cares whose fault it did not work out move on.
best idea is to just move on
That’s the best advice sir papabear! Cut losses and move to another country where they could not bother you or go back to the USA and live happily ever after!

Wow ... if that's typical of William, he's a bottom feeder
Yup he is the heartless prick ragging on a deceased expat immediately upon confirmation of his passing.
Dude didn't do his homework. All foreigners can never own land in the Philippines, - or Thailand for that matter, no matter how's it's spun, or by whom, period, end of story. The wife and her family own it, and you'll find no sympathy in the judicial system. The wife won, cut your losses and move on and learn something from this expensive lesson. By the way, forget about the house, and start worrying about your health.
Hello✋🏼🖐🏽! We hope that he has learned from this experience because this is a scam that is being done all over the globe, right down to the personality and attitude change after 4-5 years. They do this personality change in order to try to provoke the spouse to divorce or abandon them after they have used the person for financial gain and lifestyle elevation. This also often involves other acquaintances who will claim that there is money owed in order to cash in on taking advantage of their victim. We hope he has learned from this experience and proceeds with caution with regards to his previous wife and any future relationships while living abroad. Our ex son-in-law from the DR pulled this trick on our daughter. Peace be with you ✝️❤️
Gosh, listening to all of this. I'm so glad that I stayed single and still are since 2005. Nothing better an be in control of your everything. If, I feel to have some P.... ok, then I just pay for it and be done LOL. I Love my single life. Money in the bank and I'm the one in control Viva Life !

Don't forget to take care of your health. Maintain correct weight, exercise daily, stay away from booze and cigarettes, and your meds
Two sides to EVERY Story!
and the truth is in the middle
Agreed, and Mike, there's no such thing as the so-called "truth" in the middle. All we have are objective facts, and each person's individual perspective
This is why I'm sticking with rentals.
The thing to always note, is neither of them were brought to get married without the threat on your life, so you mutually decided to get married. You said everything was weird on how you ended up getting married, so you should not say who is at fault as it is something that both of you caused for this to happen. Behaviors change both for her, and you, and you make mistakes that you both regret after. Sounds like you both never worked on a budget, and that is a big problem with marriage. I think that your wife may be getting bad information on decisions she has made. To get back together it will take some good talks and both taking the time to make changes that both work with a budget.😊
good points
I spent 6.5m pesos on a house for my fiance. I know full well if we aren’t together that I will lose the house. The biggest problem is where I built the house which was her home town and not my ideal location.
living close to her family is a blessing sometimes. Other times no so much of a blessing
@@MrPushpuller
What surprised me was the jealousy within the family. My fiancé has 6 nephews and nieces. Her one brother who has 2 daughters who I helped once (100k) my house impacted their house. They have a combined income of 58k and as teachers they get a 13 and 14th pay. They want to make sure their daughters don’t get left out of anything that I might give to the nieces and nephews even something as small as ice cream.

When you accept the fact that whatever you spend on the house you can lose it all, will make your life a lot more happier and comfortable. I did the same thing 28 years ago and I accepted the fact that I could lose it all and walk away in peace.
