This doesn't seems 2500sqft ,i am confused with the front landscape and the building land , 2500 is only for the house boundary or the whole front landscape + house land ???
No. Checked with the builder and this house was kind of started 2 yrs back or so. Right now sqft rate is around 2500. Also for this house around 15 lakhs extra for interiors. This is apart from landscape charge of 5 lakhs
