ANBT Air Cushion Machine [Make your own bubble wrap]

This is an air cushion machine. It takes a roll of plastic and fills it with air so you can stuff air packets into your shipping boxes. This machine came with different samples of air pockets but I wanted to try out another brand. I had to pre start the tear off strip but things are working well!

So far the clamp is holding the machine up well. The roller on the unit is the strongest part. It weighs about the sam as the machine. A product I could have used years ago!

Thank you, thank you. I could not get air into the air bubbles so came across your video and it SAVED me. I cut the end off to thread it onto the air thingy and now it works like a charm. Thank you again. I would like the air bubbles to be a little stiffer, so next time I will slow it down and see if that helps.

I just got the exact same machine. It seems to seal the first 5 it 6 then it doesn't seal anymore. Before returning it can you suggest any fixes. I have tried speed, temp and different air volumes?

This was a standard size from Amazon. I think its 12" and the length is very long. At least 100 feet.

I have the same roller, and was looking at solutions. Turns out the bottom stand there actually slides out.... Problem solved lol.
