Caught around 80-100 fish up at Lake Poinsett. Most fish were around the 8-9 inch mark. Had a couple that went close to 10. My jig head was a 1.5 gram Daiwa Gekkabijin SS with a #8 hook. As usual the lure was a Trout Magnet in Bison, Sow Bug, and root Beer Float color. Rods used were Diplomat Extreme 62 UL.....Abu Garcia Real Finesse Slow Taper Special 67 SUL, and a TenRyu Lunakia 63 LML. This was a day that you dream of having....whole lot of fun! Big numbers of BIG panfish! Love it. There must be some serious baitfish in that lake for all those shellcracker to get that size. Fantastic day on the water, Randy!🙏🐟

Check you out Randy. Two trips in a row with no leader. I just don't know what to say. 🤔 I love to see the bend in those rods every time you fish. Quality equipment makes so much difference. Those drags sound nice too! That's one great fishery. Worth the drive, for sure. When I think about the people that are keeping those breeders, it breaks my heart. I love your excitement and amazement at every fish. It's so good to hear and see someone who truly appreciates God's blessing on his life.

looks like you found you a good pond for sure. how deep were those fish didn't look like you were letting it fall too far. got yourself a good deckhand as well. gonna have to take her someplace good to eat you kept her busy
Thanks….water was about 4-5 feet deep. Lot of grass beginning to show up. Found a spot on the square there called Gavin’s Downtown. Pretty fair place to eat.

On this trip it was good. But I was up there this past Sunday and it is starting to degrade. Arkansas needs some rain bad. Thanks for watching.
