    Love this!!! I'm 5 ft im 37 and feel the change in my body im 140 the heaviest I've ever been with belly fat and I've been off the wagon for 2 years honeslty.. I went to get back on and me and the kids got so sick.. then my arm was in a sling... ugh now the holidays son bday errrrr.. but im ready... glad I found your page.     I wish this video had been more like ways to trick yourself into working out and eating well

    I'm a new member to this fam!! Can u pls make a video about 'how to tone up or have a fit body as a petite teenager ' my fats are stored up in my legs i really want them to be toned up because of this Im not wearing jeans cause it will make me look a bit fat 😭

    Do you also train biceps and quads as well?

      Indirectly, yes, such as chin ups which secondarily target the biceps. But I personally don't target the biceps or quads anymore, I mostly train them indirectly/functionally
