Each provisional GRP have different constitution and on integrate all one union constitution is made. 5. This scheme give residuary power to provinces. 6. Princely states now no more need British paramountry. They are free to agreement with anyone. 7. Constituent assembly work as interim government. 8. After 5 year any province can left its GRP. 9.
