Krishna's internal potency, Yogamaya, covers the devotees in the leela but not Sri Krishna, who never forgets who He is. Krishna is so kind that although He is ajit, unconquerable, He can be possessed by the devotee. From love He allows this. All Pastimes and activities of the Lord are administered by the Yogamaya. Therefore, He is not under the influence of material energy, as the conditioned souls are. By the arrangement of Yogamaya, the devotees sometimes forget the Presence of the Omnipotent Lord. Just like Yasodamayi treats Krishna as her begotten Son, and forgets Krishna's inconceivable power. Check out Srila Prabhupada's letter to Uperndra March 1, 1968 in Vedabase.🙏
