Samsung Galaxy S5 Change APN Settings T-mobile MMS, 4G LTE Data, and Picture Messages

- In this video I will be showing you how to change your APN settings on an unlocked Samsung Galaxy S5 you are using through T-mobile so you can receive/send picture messages and catch 4G and LTE.
Everyone complains that the problem of not being able to send MMS or group messages is related to the Galaxy Note 5 running Android 7. In my particular case, I recently "upgraded" from a Galaxy Note 3 to a Galaxy Note 5. I use T-Mobile but the Note 5 was a Verizon phone. My first problem was that the phone would not use the T-Mobile network. T-Mobile staff didn't know what to do...LOL. This Channel had a video on how to set it up. After the high speed network was fixed, I still couldn't send MMS (pictures or group messages). After reviewing this current video, I realized I mistyped the MMSC info. NOW IT WORKS. YOU ARE A GENIUS. I think the problem may be specific to non-T-Mobile phones that are ported over. In any case, THANK YOU.
Partially works bro. I was able to send text only. No picture attached nor group text. I have Galaxy S5 from Verizon and putting T-Mobile sim on it. I gave you thump up.
IM GLAD IT WORKED. WITH VERIZON PHONES YOU CAN ONLY SEND PICTURE THROUGH FACEBOOK VIBER WHATSAPP AND ALL OTHER ONLINE APPS, MMS WONT WORK THROUGH TEXT. THIS WILL MAKE DATA WORK.

Been trying for two days, other guides gave similar set-ups, so I was just working off of that one and editing it. Finally just made a new one and followed the video. now I have 4g

OMG...after many updates my phone quit working and had the newer recommend APN setting, I figured this couldn't hurt since the T-Mobile store couldn't figure it out. AND....it worked! Thank You Thank You!!!!!
Thanks man, it worked for me. I've call metro pcs 3 times and they could not get it to work. Plus their system runs off of the T-Mobile Network. I'm glad you posted the video.

I have the S5 but I order it wanting it from Verizon but I end up getting it from T-Mobile can I somehow change it to Verizon ??

This didn't seem to work for me. Galaxy S5 (AT&T) transitioned to T-Mobile. I tried the install procedure three times. Unfortunately, when trying to sign into wifi while I'm out I'll get I'll get the pop up on Chrome with the error message (ERR_CONNECTION_RESET).

My Sprint Samsung Galaxy S5 only gets 3G even with the Settings in your Video. ( Phone is Flashed )
Does this work for the S4? I recently switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. I can't send texts, but I can receive them. Sometimes my mobile data connection drops and shows "H" and "H+" . What is weird is I can send texts only when the connection drops from "4G". I hope you can help.

not sure why, but mine is stuck on E after the OS upgrades/updates. in fact, don't think i even saw the 4G on mines.
