I like the floor plan but a tad too modern/contemporary for me
Yes the units in this building have a very modern/ masculine feel. I’d then recommend Nomad in Wynwood, if you’re looking for something less modern but with a more vintage/ classic luxury style with a modern twist. 🌴

The view is absolutely lovely! However, the condo itself is just not my style. I’m not a huge fan of the office look, or the fancy hotel look. I like my home to feel warm and cozy. Not cold and office like. Sorry! 🤷🏽♂️
Thanks for your input! It's definitely not for everyone but a great investment you can use a few times a year when visiting Miami.
