Everything is sooo beautiful and magical and yes Casey I do wish I was there with you enjoying it! I wish we were neighbors because I know we ( me n my husband) would be the best of friends because we are so much alike. Where are you going on your vacation? Also, have you ever tried growing those bottle gourds❓❓❓ grew mine up over a cattle panel and it was so cool walking underneath when it was all covered in the vines with the gourds hanging down inside it. After you cut them off let them dry until you can hear the seeds inside when you shake them. Let them soak in some water n dawn solution for a bit then Scrub them clean, let dry out in the sun . Have Jason put a hole in them with a hole saw. Then you guys can all paint them and have them hanging around your gardens for the birds! (Fun project for the whole family and they are so cool looking. As far as your clematis, you might want to look up clematis wilt. Mine had it once and I had to cut back to the ground and it came back beautiful! Have a safe and fun trip god bless ‼️🔆🌺🐝🌼💕🌹☀️💦🏝🌊

Love the nighttime walk! We have American Goldfinch in our yard, too. It's the state bird of WA. I use the WBU EcoClean Finch Feeder. I switched to fine sunflower seeds from Nyjer because the Nyjer goes stale quickly and the birds won't eat it. The goldfinches love the fine sunflower as do flickers, nuthatches, black-capped chickadees, Downy and Hairy woodpeckers and more.

I bought some lights like you have 2 years ago around the time I found your channel, but my husband still hasnt helped me put the beams & lights up 😁 I totally can relate to being worn out from garden chores, work, running the household, etc. & not being able to come out to just enjoy the garden...

I'm sure its been mentioned by now, but chances are that the Clematis roots are probably getting too hot during the day. They are notorious for wanting cool root balls but hot tops. Not all varieties are like this, but still a bit of a tricky thing to get the hang of.
Gorgeous and peaceful! Do you have any trouble with the lights attracting undesirable insects to your plantings? And how do you know what ornamental plants or flowers are safe to plant with your food as far as potential toxicity may be concerned. Thank you for inspiring us and showing how an edible garden can be so beautiful!

How do you make sure rabbits and rats don't eat everything in your garden?
Is Miss Fuzzy pregnant again? Did she get in trouble with a boy? Will she be sent away for a bit to a school for wayward girl cats? Is she going to be spayed after she has kittens? Her children will be beautiful!!
