Damn! You're not alone . I got mine a week ago and after 7 days it just got down to 93, 7 percent in 7 days ! I can't stand it , I just charged it 4 to 5 times ! And thats not it ! On top of that I am experiencing overheating issues when charging with non apple usb-c brand cables. huge disappointment!! I am thinking I may have made the worst decision upgrading my 14 pro,should have chosen 15 plus instead🤕

Realistically folks, if you have an iPhone that is newer than the iPhone 11, 11 pro/max, keep your iPhone for another year and save your money. We’re headed to another recession. The iPhones cool and all but you’re paying extra for a new finish and type C charging. If you got money to blow, go ahead. You won’t be disappointed but recent iPhones (12,13,14,) are just as good. Swap the battery if you need to.
I’ve already heard the 15 pro and pro max have issues with overheating and poor battery life. Which to me is unacceptable for phones so expensive. Same goes for battery health if it isn’t fixed. I wouldn’t spend $1000 on the pro or $1200 on the pro max if they have those issues.
I’m definitely going to test that stuff out, but I’ve already heard some of those things too. I’m a little worried Apple may have gone overboard with “preserving” battery life - charging to 80% is a joke.
@@TechDaily I had high hopes for the 15 lineup and in some ways they deliver. But I also have never experienced rapid battery degradation on any android phone I’ve owned. While it may have adaptive charging to 80%, I completely agree it’s a joke Apple does that in a cheap way to avoid fixing the issues of last year. It’s enough to make me want to wait a few more weeks and see what the Pixel 8 and 8 pro have to offer instead.
I have been using the iPhone 15 pro for 2 days and it has not overheated and the battery lasts longer than that of my iPhone 13 pro max with equal use. at least I don't have those problems

I missed the older Iphones with home button. You don't touch the home button, your screen won't turn on. With the latest iPhones, screens are on accidentally all the time, even in your pocket. That irritates me a lot but I never heard anyone else complain about that. Weird!
THE biggest irritation with newer iPhones is not the USB-C charge cable, its the fact that it is USB-C to USB-C, not USB-A. Unless you've bought a brand new Apple Macbook or very recent iPhone recently, you are unlikely to already have a USB-C anything to charge with. So you are then forced to buy a special USB-C charge block because they cable they provided requires it. Apple now charges such ridiculously high prices for their phones, going all the way up to $1500 if you want one with a recent one with decent amount of memory (1TB) which should also be standard. It's just another Apple cash grab, same as all the previous years where they kept changing the ports and connectors forcing customers to buy more and more expensive dongles and adapters. Kind of pisses me off that I have to buy a special charge block for this phone.
I've got the iPhone 13 pro but just don't see the point getting the same phone again so actually going to wait until February and get the Galaxy S24 ultra. Although this colour looks brilliant.

The camera is going to be a lot better by comparison. The screen as well. You may notice better performance, but it depends on what you do with your phone each day. The switch to USB C is a factor too, but it may be a pro/con depend on your other tech items. The big thing is price $$$$ I would be totally fine getting an iPhone 12 or iPhone 13 instead for a couple hundred dollars less. But I also think the iPhone 15 may be a good phone for 6+ years now
I have the 11 too and I went in store to see if I wanted the 15 or 14 since I want to upgrade finally. The difference between our phones is definitely big. Especially the camera I really didn’t realize how better they are. But overall the feel was far more improved as well, felt a lot smoother and lighter!

The I phone 15 pro is a terrible phone. It doesn’t charge in my brand new cars wireless charger because of the camera. Doesn’t work on other wireless chargers either. So you have to buy a power adapter for your usb c cord they provide you. Then if you want a wireless charger you have to buy that. If you want to charge your phone in your vehicle you have to buy another adapter for that. Unbelievable.
