People are tired of painfully overpriced trucks that are too good to use as trucks. The only trucks that stand a chance are the basic ones that return to what trucks used to be: affordable. If this truck were real its only hope of survival would be if it under-cut the big three, by a LOT. And had the same or better quality along with the stated performance.

This Cat truck is B/S, I checked today and EPA has no record of a certified gas or diesel. It takes 2 to 3 years and more to certify any engine . Cat has no cert. highway engines at this time .

Just like the basic pickup with a big V6 2 wheel drive and hand crank windows, No AC just heat..No radio, no power seats, no anything. WE just want a damn work truck! And most of us dont need or want a V8 anymore. Im not pulling 18,000 lbs im pulling 1500lbs max EVER, I want a BASIC $20,000 truck. Shoot put a small "mechanical" diesel in there too and ill pay another 3 grand!
Take out every single Cpu, processor or canbus, I just want relays and hand cranks. NO electronics AT ALL!!! Old style mechanical gauges you know , 1970!
