Day 187 On The Rock Mountain Meditation

Welcome to day 187 Becoming Peace Mountain Meditation. The name of today’s session is On The Rock… I heard once that the wise man built his house upon a rock. The foolish man built his on the sand. Today we’re discovering what this means for us, and choosing the Rock for your foundation, everyday, is moving through the path with a more sure foundation.
The purpose of this Chanel is to not only feel peace but actually learn how to BECOME peace….
This mini series of mountain meditations are shared lovingly with you, in hope that you might enjoy and feels some of the peace I have held over the years while being in these spaces. The pictures and videos you’re seeing today are actual places and have been instrumental in my own personal healing. This property has been in my family from over a century, and its beautiful landscapes, flowers, trees, and water have healed my soul… I hope you enjoy our time together today as we meditate in the Meadow….
