I've got to much experience in this area. I'm a firm believer in PLBKAC (Problem Lies Between Keyboard And Chair). As the IT manager of a small business (along with MANY other hats) this is usually the case :)

The items in the video were gifted to me by Eddie Stipe. I bought some about 9 months ago at the Mid Ohio Valley Pen Turners Gathering, and haven't worked through all of it yet. I'll see if I can track down an online source for you later today.
