Oh Captain, My Captain - probably the most beautiful lady not just in football but in life. Beautiful looking on the outside and a beautiful heart and soul on the in. She has it all. So happy she is our England Captain (for those of us who are English) and one of our leaders at Arsenal. The way you guys organise this every year and the way the Arsenal community comes together to support it really is something special - makes me proud to be a gooner. I’ve just listened to a spurs pod where they were trying to organise a relatively simple protest against the way their senior fans have been treated and hardly anyone showed for it - either word didn’t spread or not enough people cared, but the whole thing never really got off the ground and was really quite sad. The point is it’s no small thing, getting people to care, and the way our community is ready to mobilise for a cause is really quite something - everyone involved deserved a huge amount of credit. Victoria Concordia Crescit, people.

Leah is on another level to her peers as a human being. A truly great ambassador for the sport, as well as a leader.
I’ll be surprised if she ever leaves Arsenal, in fact, I believe she’ll continue at the club in some capacity beyond her playing career.
