Congratulations to Sean, absolutely killing it and setting a great example for the rest of us - I also found this pretty inspirational and demonstrates what is possible if you just put in the work. Brilliant stuff.
It's crazy how people don't realize how valuable this information is, they went into some good detail in regard to their trading philosophy and strategies.
Congratulations Sean. This video was really motivational to see a Retail Traders evolution from start to finish and how hard work and effort can pay off huge dividends.
Gotta say, this was really good! Never traded myself, but this is the first time I see some strategy outlined online that actually makes sense. Gotta try it and if it works ill buy the courses and also add a mentor later on. Cheers!
That is brilliant. Well done Sean. Very inspirational. I am currently muddling my way though the courses myself and is good to see success stories like this.
Credit Generation is the holy grail of trading!!! like Sean was saying even if your losses offset your winner you could end up making as much as 50% just by raising opportunistic credit. Would love to see how this is done and i'm grinding to get there. Thank you guys amazing content as always. Cheers!!
Massive respect and very inspiring, Sean! Congratulations! I'm happy for you Nonetheless I had to crack up when you said "I retired and moved to Florida"
So do you need 100k of your own equity to come to the mentorship to Thailand? Of your own money and prop money or your own liquid captal? What is the total cost for the Thailand mentorship following the purchasing of the pre requisite courses ?
Haven't watched full video but my basic understanding so far is: different from retail trading, planning in advance holding much longer and main difference having two positions for price up and price down, and the technique to learn is how/why to place right amount orders in each direction to gain profit for your idea, managing the positions throughout. So you are making money in both directions but one is going to the majority of profit? so as the trade progresses you can reduce trade in the wrong direction and take profits in the correct direction of your idea?
How long it took him to this level of success is the question. It’s doable after a well developed skill set. It takes years of training and practice to become a successful brain surgeon. Trading is no different. Consistent hard work and passion and respect for the field is key here.
Can some one explain ..if they are long a put and also selling a put .. to receive a credit.. Wouldnt that mean that if the stock goes down and they make money on the long put… but also get assigned the lot of shares that were put as collateral for selling the other put?? And owning the shares while the stock is going down?? Am i understanding the definitions wrong maybe?
I did the POTM (Professional Options Trading Masterclass) recently and I can highly recommend it. It focuses on the "execution" part of trades and how to structure it using options for optimization. It seems like the trades he displayed in this video are mostly Ratio Calendar Spreads, either horizontal or diagonal. I don't recall any calendar spreads being taught in the POTM at all... So I guess that it is taught during a mentoring program? Anyone can confirm this? Anyone else trades like this or knows if ITPM traders usually trade options like this the majority of time?
They look like calendar ratio backspreads. Maybe the reason it's not taught in (what I guess is) a foundation level course is because it's more complex. But it is a good strategy, so it's worth looking into. AK more or less explains it around the 1:38:40 mark. But you do have to keep a close eye on trade structures like this one, do macro and micro research all the same and get a handle on volatility, delta, and theta if you want to pull it off.
@@ale58301 Great! Thanks for your answer. I have tried to research more into this but I have a difficult time finding all the risks involved with this strategy and why they only teach it during mentoring. I've asked AK during a webinar but he said they only teach it during mentoring to "prevent retail traders making stupid decisions"... He also mentions it during the new video seminar uploaded two days ago... Seems like all the institute traders use this strategy as their bread and butter...
look at past WOYM episodes and they sometimes use calendar spread. it is not very complicated. same as ratio but with one leg getting to expiry a bit earlier, which is linked to your fundamental predisposition. for instance you think in 3-4 months the stock is going up but you also reckon there might be a good chance it goes a bit south first in the short term before rebounding, then calendar spread would make sense
These more complicated Options structures, as Anton Explains in the discord are not taught in the POTM because initially when learning them you need to be supervised. Anton puts it like this: "you would not give a loaded AK-47 to someone who has never held a rifle before."
Nice work! Though most of your winners look like nibbles while some of the losers look like bites. Even still, very gratifying returns. A testament to the higher win rates expected from institutional trading methods.
Congrats Sean! ITPM is no question the best NO BS trading education online. I really enjoyed the PTM series and look forward to more. I am curious to hear from any alumni or Sean. What is the transition process like once the 12 weeks is up? Obviously need to be self-sufficient but did you notice a big drop off in your performance once you didn't have access to the mentors?
Love the term you are using for a loss. Write-off. Even funnier is the loss amounts. If you had to put this in percentage loss would I be safe to say you are trading with $500k ?
So what is classed as retail trader now then .? This guy educated and worked in finance started with 400k is this the typical retail trader definition now then.
this is a stupid question. you are retail or you are institutional. if you aren't institutional you are retail, doesn't matter how much money you have. institutional traders get paid a salary to trade OPM.
On X a trader said he bought put options before the earnings call of NVIDIA, we all know what happened... A year ago the guy wanted to give me free acces to his 1000 euro training program, it earned me money that i did't go 🤣.
I am sorry, I don't mean to offend you personally, but professionally speaking, I would have to disagree. 35% in 16 weeks is amazing. 45% in 20 weeks is even more amazing. 4 weeks for 10%. That is 120% p.a.
it's not gambling, it's steady profits, above investment average. 30% in 20 weeks is fantastic . It suggests solid consistency. which means his trades and equity will grow. It will eventually be 30% of $1,000,000.00 in 20 weeks. Thats how you build wealth.
Congratulations to Sean, absolutely killing it and setting a great example for the rest of us - I also found this pretty inspirational and demonstrates what is possible if you just put in the work. Brilliant stuff.

if you close your position before expiry you do not have to get assigned any stocks. you only collect the credit

I love your channel.so fur you are blessings to me
once you understand "how the market actually moves"
regardless of which timeframe you use, you can see which candle(s) shift the market direction
Was Sean a newbie at the time he applied ? If the answer is yes that’s astonishing progress.
It's answered in the video. He had professional experience, but very light on the trading side.
What is the percentage of people who take your education are accepted to trade for ITPM under the Power of Attorney???

Did you even watch the video?
He made more money after having no access to Anton after 12 weeks than his whole cohort that were with him in Thailand
thank you for this video
Fantastic video to watch and thank you..
Signing up for the online series in the next few weeks.
presents and explains it very wel
Is this all on margin? And it’s all options I’m assuming ? New to this
You showed the ranking of participants reaults. All those the total number of them? No one lost money in the overall?
Wow manifests my portfolio
Newbie here, what does he mean by “credits”? Is that the money raised when selling calls or puts?
it is indeed

With enough capital you can go in and out of positions with ease..
I humble myself 😂😂

183k means nothing if his margin was 500k+
If it was 50k, then that's impressive!
30% return within 5 months? Still impressive...
