If we made it law to restrict fed funds to states that reject climate change that don't follow guidlines, when their state is hit with weather related catastrophe they will be denided all goverment help to fix infrastruture. Human lives will be treated but yauht clubs, golf courses and wealthy homes will have to cover the cost with or without any insursuance
