I've been several years in pcb repair and fine pitch rework. I can give you a few tips for your comfort: the alignment of pins over pads has to be almost perfect. on the topside and right side of the tqfp they are a bit off, they increase the chance on bridging. You can also use more flux, it will give you more flow. Another tip is using a gullwing soldertip for this, with a gullwing and enough flux it is possible to solder this package in around 5 seconds.
Friend, You are not using the correct soldering tip. I recommend a conical bent tip to reduce bridging. If you prefer sweeping method then use a gullwing tip as per comment left by another viewer.
