We have a redi-GO 1.0 top variant. Its been two years since we bought it. Its the best, best in segment ,best customer support, best service centre employees, taller and more ground clearance than any car in the segment. Best car.
i don't know about datsun but renault kept my duster for 9 months and even when they gave it back to me engine heating oil leaks sluggy gear shift truck like noise it was miserable don't buy a renault experienced owner
I love ready go but the plus point of kwid is engine refinement, funky touch screen dashboard, built quality and the most, mileage...I have got 31 kmpl with 100 rs of petrol...where datson doesn't give over 25kmpl and its according to my riding experience ofcourse...and just a little advise to those who are planning to buy kwid...go for 1.0 version instead of 0.8...

18sec 0-100kph!! Holy smokes that's slow. But obviously you don't buy a 800cc car for speed lol. Gotta love India's teeny cars. They make me smile just like the Kei cars did when I lived in Japan :D
Actually I'm an American living in Quebec where taxes are higher than in the states. I lived in Japan where taxes are based on engine size, hence my previous comment about Kei cars there. I do get what you're saying though :)
I might be wrong, but after looking at Datsun it just feels like 'Micromax' if you know what I mean. It just feels like a car for those who just want to fulfill a dream of having a car and not for those who are used to good brands. Renault on the other hand I think have done a good job with Kwid. A budget car again, but still feels premium.

Redi go comes out on top in style,comfort,looks,interior space, and also Renault kwid failed the crash test on global NCAP while redi go passes it with 3 stars. so,redi go is a better choice and a well made decision by you!!
Yes kwid engiene is not so powerful compare to redigo and redigo is better choice and the screen imfotanment system is not so good in kwid and cabin noise is not good i have own kwid

best car i hv seen in low budget. i bought this car in dec 2017, nyc look and performance, ac is first class in its segment. little bit noisy in first gear. I got 24.7 kmpl mileage with AC on highway, in city u wud get upto 17 kmpl. overall good car in low budget. go for redi go

still comfy ride than bike. i do test drivr almost every car comes in market. with kwid test drive their is something issue with their demo car. too much engine noise is coming to cabin. except that everything was fine for such a price. but Chevrolet beat is also an option if you can add some bucks with your budget

The best selling car in India is the Alto range from Maruti Suzuki. It comes with 1 airbag as an option. No ABS, no ESP. People only buy cars like that because they are in educated as to what a safe car is.

For your first car I personally suggest qwid it's easy to drive and effortless but after a while you will need a upgrade max 3 years.
kwid has xuv looks...but on road... redi go looks more bigger, taller, cheaper, more cabin space, simple n bright cabin and more stylist than kwid...
Well now my confusion has been pretty much cleared, Renault Kwid it is! :)
